It took six months, and three callbacks to pick out new material because something was always wrong, or lost, or the material was flawed. There was always a reason. I regretted taking it there many times because I didn't have my chair for 6 months. They did do a good job. My chair looks great, but I don't feel it looks good enough to justify the six month wait. The first full month it sat in the shop. It did not even go out to be reupholstered until a full month later.
