Rob had great listening skills and attended to my needs immediately. He provided a written estimate/bid on the spot. His prices were much lower comparable to to the other two bids from Western States and Integrity Tree. The job was done superbly and fast! I already recommended Stumps Be Gone to two of my friends and I'll definitely hire them back for future projects.

The estimator arrived promptly (actually, 10 minutes early) and was very professional. He carefully yet succinctly explained my options, including a second task which I later added. The gentleman who came to do the job displayed the same professionalism. He made QUICK--but thorough--work of three huge hardwood stumps. He also felled a 20-foot lilac and removed that stump, and chopped the big limbs for firewood and the narrower ones for recycling. AWESOME experience!!! I'd hire these guys again in a minute!!!

Excellent service professional work! Very please with the speed of whick I was contacted, the quote, and the work done on trimming my tree was excellent! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! The owner even stopped by a few days later to see if I was pleased with the service! Very Professional!

The owner called promptly after I submitted my request to Service Magic and came out the next day to give an estimate. His price was much better two others and he offered advice on getting a tree removal permit from the city where I live. Once I got the permit, I called Rod and he sent out a crew the next day. His crew arrived on schedule, was friendly and worked quickly to remove the tree and grind the stump. They were quite skilled and took down the tree without any branches falling into my neighbor's yard. Once the tree was out, they did a great job cleaning up.

Representative made two prompt visits to home to provide estimates and to assist with revisions to proposed work. His crew arrived early on the appointed date and promptly started work. Workers were very diligent and worked hard throughout their 11 hour day. They were also very polite and solicitous of guidance regarding the extent of pruning and work to be performed. Upon completion of the pruning of multiple fruit trees and removal of several large firs, they promptly cleaned the grounds. Altogether, they consistently performed well above expectations, even though tired from the day's heavy physical activity.

The bid was done on the day of my service magic submission. A slot opened up sooner than expected. The time of day would not work for me, but the schedule was adjusted to make it work. The showed up and went to work. The job was done.

Stumps Be Gone was competitive in their pricing and wonderful to work with. They took out our willow tree 3 days after their bid and did an amazing job! They were kind, professional and cleaned up the area so well (and I am really picky!) I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a big tree removed and the stump ground out for good!

I am very satisfy. Good customer and timely service. The arborist go extra mile to educate me about the tree condition. He took pictures and communicate with us via email. They clean the debris and the most important thing they do it SAFE. The cost is reasonable. Good job well done.
