Rod and his crew were just wonderful. They were prompt, and did a superb job cutting down a very difficult tree. They were careful not to damage any of the shrubery in the area, and cleaned up all the debris. Also, the cut the trunk into fireplace sized pieces. I most enthusiastically recommend them.

I had them remove a tree and the stump. They were very professional but had fun at the same time while being safe about it. I could tell they like their job. after talking with the three recommended pros on this site and three others I found online, I found this company had the most reasonable pricing. Also, they were fast and efficient in removing 2 fully matured oak trees that grew inches from my house. They were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitley hire them again.

He was very good and prompt to respond. They sent someone over in 2 hours after submitting the request. Tree was taken out the same day.

On two separate occasions I had stumps ground by this firm. The bid was less than several other quotes. On both occasions the stump grinding was done timely and well. The first time the owner drove the stump grinding machine into my back yard without incident, but the second time another person drove the same machine and he ran over my flower beds and made deep ruts in the ground so I would ask that the owner be the one to drive the stump grinder if the spot is tricky to get to. I had them take down a tree also and this work was done quickly and to expectations. The bid seemed cheaper than others for the tree removal and stump grinding.

Lorin gave a very competitive bid for my project. He charged me less than the hour minimum because he was able to fit me in with other work. His crew trimmed my tree as I wanted and they cleaned up all debris. I would recommend them to friends and will hire them again if I need tree work.

Great job taking down a 90-100 foot poplar -- amazing that no evidence of tree exists except the empty space. Wonderful system for getting rid of wood at no cost to me! The stump grinders had to return to complete removal of roots that traveled into yard. Only issue was one part of tree hit a metal shed and dented part of roof and door. Company is going to resolve this issue before final payment is made. I would hire Stumps Be Gone again without hesistation.
