They came when they said. They looked the project over to decide the best way to procede then quickly did the job. The cleanup was excellent. Very pleased.

Rod was prompt, and was able to come bid the job the same day I put in my request. His crew seemed knowledgable and offered suggestions for the (radical) trimming of one of the trees. At the last minute, my neighbor indicated that she wanted to have a little work done on the side of the tree that was against her house, and the crew obliged. Rod was willing to waive any extra charges because there hadn't been any clear agreement ahead of time, but we discussed a small uplift to the charges and it was settled. The crew removed the debris and ground it up, and were in and out in about 30 minutes. Overall, a great experience!

Very quick response to bid and complete the work. I requested a certain amount of work to be done, and after the bid was accepted, I realized I need more work done. The worker arrived and agreed to do the work, noting there would be an additional charge. I agreed and the work was completed and everyone was happy one day ahead of schedule. Excellent personnel.

The tree in question is a very tall fir and required removal of several large branches. They were scheduled to come on a Friday but had an equipment problem and had to postpone until Monday. They arrived mid morning and were finished by mid afternoon. The price they charged was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a similar service.

I actually decided to not have the project done, in large part to this professional's estimate and phone discussions with me. I found him to be honest, thorough, prompt, and very helpful. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

I still have not gotten a bill. the 1st guy broke down and so I went to bed but when I woke up it was all done and i'm not sure who was here. they new I was a day sleeper. my e-mail has been down till just now.
