Description of Work: I went to them as an alternative to the Sleep Country mentality and the hard sell. The sales people were great, no pressure and had lots of info. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to get (like weeks) but they were always supportive with no pressure at all.

Description of Work: We purchased two king-size and one queen-size bed mattress and box-springs and mattress protection covers for the mattresses. The sales people were excellent, courteous. They called us when the mattresses were ready, the warehouse staff loaded the product on our truck for us. I cannot think of anything Parklane could have done better. Parklane is my business of choice for future business dealings.

Description of Work: Recently my wife and I bought a bed from the Clackamas store and they did wonderfully. My mother needed a new bed so she picked one out with me at the Lake Grove (approx) store and they did great. We discovered that she would need a new bed frame after all and their response was quick and we were able to get her setup and taken care of quite quickly.

Description of Work: We received great service and are very happy with our purchase. We like that they are locally owned, offer a wide selection of products and prices, and took care of our old mattress for us. We will go back to them for our next purchase.

Description of Work: Bought king mattress and box springs. Store people were all help and no pressure. Pricing was no nonsense and available on Parklane website, including the recycling fee of $25 per piece. All charges and services were as they said and when they said. When a neighbor wanted my old box springs, they refunded the recycling fee for those pieces. I did have to exchange the box springs for their low profile box springs, and it cost me an extra $100, but I knew that in advance. Be advised that some of their mattresses are very deep, and if you are replacing an older set you will probably want the low profile box springs. They came with two trucks like their ads say, one for new, one for recycling, which I think is brilliant now that bedbugs exist again. As far as I can tell the quality is fine, but only time will really tell. Their warranty appears to be good enough to handle any problems. | |This was truly a stress free process, and I have no remorse whatsoever. As a side benefit, it is nice to be able to support a local business.

Description of Work: My husband and I went to the showroom near Clackamas Town Center and tested several mattresses. When we found the one we liked, we ordered it. It was delivered a week later and our old mattress was removed.

Description of Work: We purchased a nice mattress from Parklane. The only negatives were the salesman tried to talk us out of our selection saying it was their most returned mattress. We held firm and are glad we did, because it was perfect for us. The other negative was that it took over a week before the mattress was delivered which is unusual in the mattress business, I think.

Description of Work: We wanted a full Latex bed. I checked other places for price and Parklane was far less expensive, by thousands!! I believe that is because they are local and the mattress isn't being made across the country and shipped long distances. Great service!! Great Prices!!
