My car was done ahead of time and it looks like new. The price for the detailing was very reasonable. The customer service from Artistic Auto Body was excellent. Everything was explained and I have a complete print out of the work that was done. I have used them three times and will continue to do so, should I need to in the future. I highly recommend them for repairing your vehicle.

This was an outstanding experience! My 2000 Subaru was sideswiped in a parking lot so the other driver's insurance fully covered the damages. I talked to three repair places from Angie's List and chose Artistic in Tigard for its excellent reputation, travel distance, and it being on the insurance company's approved repair shop list. (I feared unseen hidden damages that I wanted no problems with getting paid for by the insurance company. As it turned out, there were and it was no problem at all). I only got an estimate from Artistic so I don't know how their price compared with others'. Elle at Artistic took my phone calls. She is a lovely first impression of this company and very efficient at her job. Ron Flores was the gentleman who examined my car and gave the initial estimate of approx $750 based on what he was able to see. He is a pro all the way and a great guy to deal with. (Later, after the shop crew got under the plastic molding, more damage found bringing the total to about $1400). I drove away in my Enterprise loaner - the Enterprise rental car agency is right there at the repair shop - and picked up my finished car 3 days later. The car was gorgeous. They did a fantastic job color matching and finish. I had talked to Ron about my window not working properly after the accident. The repair crew did not believe it was related to the accident, but they lubed it for me free of charge and it now works perfectly again. They went over and beyond! I highly recommend this business.

Outstanding experience! I was rear-ended in my Toyota Avalon and brought the car to Artistic Auto Body for repairs. The entire staff showed concern and went above and beyond to make make sure that the car was restored and that I was satisfied. I didn't have to do much at all except drop the car off. David Fahey walked me through the process from start to finish and worked seamlessly with the responsible insurance company. The work was done early, in one day, and the car looks brand new. They even sent me home with a bottle of touch-up paint in case I get minor scratches in the future. I highly recommend them!

The price we paid only reflects our deductible plus $90.00 for some additional work. Everything was restored like new and the paint matched perfectly. We were very grateful for the quality of their work. David, our estimator, was very professional and thorough.

Everything went very well and smooth from drop off to pick up. They took care of arranging a rental for me, they kept me informed of the progress of the repair with frequent updates. When I went to pick up my car they had cleaned the interior and exterior. I would highly recommend Artistic Auto Body.

My experience was great. They were quick and professional. They were clean and respectful. I would give them superior ratings. I would recommend them and use them again.

After a minor front-end crunch on my 200K mile 14 year old Volvo, I was not able to open the hood. I thought the hinges were damaged. I took the vehicle to Artistic Auto Body in Tigard on a Friday and after inspection was asked to bring it back to them Monday morning and leave it with them to see what they could do. I said I didn't want it 'pretty', just able to be opened. I was told it would be $44 no matter the results. When I picked up the car a few hours later, I was amazed that not only did they fix the problem (the hinges needed lubrication), but also didn't charge me because it was so minor. They even had the car washed! Thank you Artistic -- I'll be back when I can afford to do more of the real body work.

The car looks like it did the day it rolled off the showroom floor. They gave me an estimate, contacted the insurance company, arranged for a rental car and returned mine on schedule.

Received my estimate and two days later received a letter from Dick Griffin (who had done my estimate) thanking me for coming in. I liked Mr. Griffin and the fact that he followed up my estimate with a follow-up letter. Took my car in on Monday morning and work was completed by Tuesday 5 PM. Work looked great. They also washed and vacuumed out my car.

I was rear ended and extensive damage was done. They repaired the car amazingly well. The work was done in exactly the time and way they said it would be.

Work was not completed on time. Service was only fair. Tried to pass off damage to windshield washer as not their fault. Parts were not installed correctly, Parking lamp assembly fell out 48 hrs. later while I was on the freeway. A poor experience overall.

They are very ethical and nice to deal with. You can really trust them. It is really nice to have a company you can rely on and know your wife isn't going to be taken advantage of.

They were awesome. They did exactly what they were supposed to and did it when they said they would. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. They did follow up later to make sure we were happy with the work. The work itself was very good quality, and they cleaned and vacuumed the interior also (a nice and unexpected bonus!) I would definitely use them for any future body work I need.

Jeff was very professional and personable. The bumper repair took less time than estimated, and the car was thoroughly cleaned before being returned. The window repair was estimated to cost $130 and require a replacement part, but only minor adjustments were necessary at no cost to me.
