My experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with, especially the estimator, Stacie, was professional and responsive. I had similar estimates from Artistic and another company, but Stacie went out of her way to save me money since she knew I was paying for this myself - plus i was able to use my Angie's discount. My car looks like new again; and while I hope I don't need their services in the future, I won't hesitate to go back if I do.

I visited three body shops for estimates. Artistic was the third; they had been recommended by friends and they ranked very well on Angie's List. I was very pleased with their excellent service. The repairs were well-done, in the time stated and with Toyota parts. A+ experience!!

An estimator came out and gave an estimate for the dented front fender. I left my car with them, and they got me a rental. The rental man came and took me to get a rental car. Two days later, I picked up the car after they told me it was ready.

I was greeted immediately when stopping by for an estimate. Given an estimate that was lower in price than competitor, yet Artistic used new quality parts rather than repair. I received status calls regarding actual cost & progress, & car was done when promised in new condition.

Unfortunately, I was recently rear-ended for the second time in 8 months, this time quite severely. The entire back third of my Toyota Avalon was crushed, and the car could not be driven. Having used Artistic Auto Body for prior repairs, I knew that they would do a superb job. I called them from the accident site, and they made all arrangements from there on out. A tow truck met me within 20 minutes and transported my car to the auto body shop, where a rental car had already been arranged. I filed a claim with the other guy's insurance company, and Artistic then handled all negotiations and money transfers, including arranging for tow truck and rental car payments. All costs were covered. I received updates by phone at least twice a week until my car was ready to pick up 30 days later. Communication was absolutely superb. And when I picked the car up, it looked and functioned like it was brand new--hard to believe given the amount of damage that it had sustained. To top things off, repairs were guaranteed for as long as I own the car. I highly recommend Artistic Auto Body. I could not have been any happier with the results or with the concierge level service that they provided.

I dropped my car off Monday morning and picked it back up Friday afternoon. They did the work on time and my car looks really good. they did a wonderful job of blending the new and old paint together. They also shampooed the carpet. When I drove the car home the engine was racing I called Artistic up when I got home and they said they did nothing to the engine and they would not look at it. I took it to a mechanic they charged $48 dollars to look at it and said they moved the carpet on the driver side and the engine did not race anymore. Artistic did call me a few day later and asked about the problem I was having with my car and I did tell them about the rug but they did not offer to reimburse me. I would like to thank Bob Miller of Artistic Auto Body for contacting me and resolving the problem and reimbursing me the $48. I feel that he was concerned about my problem and that they would be more careful about the rugs in the future.

I ran into an extra high curb near a local coffee shop which caused the front corner of the bumper to crack. The crack was an eight inch U-shape just below the headlight that was enough to cause the bumper to separate from the interior fender. The estimator's initial guess was $700-800 to replace the bumper. Since no insurance was involved and my $500 deductible was too steep I said it wasn't going to happen. He then asked for more time and drove my car around back. He came up with an alternative of a plastic weld because the bumper was still structurally sound. They completed the work in a day and it looks fantastic. The final bill was $170 and now you can just barely make out a hairline fracture. I'm so happy. They also did a wonderful job cleaning the car inside and out. Sadly this is our third visit to Artistic in the last year, but they make it so easy. Everyone there is great to deal with, they live up to their promises and do top notch work.

The job went fantastic. There was full detail on the estimate and they talked to the insurance company for us.

I got a total of 4 estimates, but quickly chose Artistic Auto Body for a number of reasons. From the time I entered the shop, I was treated as a valued customer by a staff of professional people! Even though it was a busy Monday morning and the shop was full of people, El welcomed me with a cup of hot tea and quickly expedited getting someone to estimate the necessary work. Brandon had already been outside examining the damage and gave me detailed information I had requested about the options for repair. The estimate was a bit higher than the others I had gotten, but when I gave this information to Brandon, he was willing to meet the competitors' bids. I brought the car back the next morning and wasted no time driving away in a rental car (pre-arranged by Artistic Auto Body). The paper-work process, efficiency and friendliness of the Enterprise rep made this a breeze. Arranging a rental car is not always a service provided by competitors. I received a call from Brandon letting me know the work was going as planned and the car would be ready when it was promised. I picked up the car and was delighted with the quality of the work and the cleanliness of the car inside and out! I had parked under some nasty tree that had dropped leaves with sap I had been unable to get off the roof of my car despite hand-scrubbing. These stubborn blobs were completely gone! In addition, I had been bumped into by a teen driver (at a slow speed) on the opposite side of the car the day I first met with Brandon. These dents were touched up as well at no additional expense!! Returning the rental right to AAB was equally a snap! I would give the whole team a STANDING OVATION!!! Thank you!.

Our insurance company recommended us to go to Artistic Auto Body. They had good reviews online too. They were very prompt and able to get the work done when I went there. They were all very professional and the car was very clean when I got it back. It?s pretty amazing since I have got 3 dogs that ride in the car. I would recommend them. I am not sure about the price.

Fantastic. We found this company on Angies list. The service was excellent and the quality of work seems very high. Ron was our Estimator and point of contact. Great. Luckily we don't have a need for auto body repair, but I am thinking of bringing in another of our vehicles to have them detail it. I can highly recommend this company.

From the initial phone call to the picking up the car they were fantastic. They started with a visual inspection and approximate quote defining what was needed to get a detailed quote. They have a partnership with Enterprise to provide vehicles on site and even include it in the billing. They are extremely clear on all of the work done showing everything in detail on the estimate and final bill. They will even provide their file pictures. I highly recommend them.
