Artistic Auto Body is Portland's premier auto body shop for collision repairs. Founded on a belief that our continued success comes from satisfied customers, we strive to make every repair a positive experience. We know what a hassle it can be to get your vehicle repaired after an accident, and our auto shop experts will help educate you on the process and strive to make it as convenient as possible. We believe our greatest assets are our honesty and integrity, and we promise to put your needs first and do our best to help you in any way we can. In the unlikely event there is a problem, you can be assured that our shop will make every effort to take care of it. We will work hard to earn your trust; our goal is for our auto body repairs to exceed every customer's expectations.

Description of Work: They repaired the front end of my vehicle after I did a low-speed low-damage rear ender. They replaced and painted the hood, bumper, and one fender. At first the paint was not a perfect match and after showing it to John, the estimator, and Terry, the business owner, Terry offered to repaint it and make it right. It was a friendly atmosphere and they made my car look great. In addition they repaired two small dents, one from a parking lot and another from a baseball hit. They were wonderful to work with.

Description of Work: Significant repair after an accident (front bumper, side panel, hood). They did an excellent job on the repair. (I joined Angie's list just so I could find a good body shop and I'm very happy I did.) Highly recommend Artistic -- took care of rental car, insurance claim, and made what could have been a nightmare a dream.

Description of Work: Artistic Auto Body repaired significan collsion damage on both the front and back end of a brand new Scion FR-S. They kept me updated via phone calls and e-mail on a regular basis as to the status of my repair. They were kind, friendly, and absolutely professional. The repairs came out excellent.
