Description of Work: Complete roof replacement. A small army arrived before 8 a.m. and began setting up. When we returned after work, job was done and yard was all cleaned up. Found out our next door neighbors had used same company and were also quite happy with the work. Bill was exactly as estimated and we appreciated the additional discounts provided. Also, their office staff are very nice and helpful and let me bring home samples for deciding on color.

Description of Work: Did not sign their proposal and refused to provide a formal contract. We had signed the proposal first,picked out the style and color of the roof,and were on the schedule for December. They came highly recommended and appeared to be professional. When we requested a contract that reflected our choices (there were others we had to make)and was signed by them, they were very courteous on the phone but an hour later sent us an email that they had taken us off their schedule and felt they were not the company we needed. By this time it was too late to get anyone else who could replace the roof before the start of winter in the Northwest.

Description of Work: Jeremy seems very honest, and not just out to get money. Told me I had years of life left on my roof, and how I could fix leaky skylights myself. Didn't try to sell me a roof replacement, but said to call him in 10 years, when it is time. I will definitely do so!

Description of Work: They replaced the roof on our house. Did it one day including tear-off and install, installed one Solatube. They did forget to add a vent for one bathroom, but they came back two days later and did without a problem.
