Description of Work: I first used Day Heating for replacement of our heating system. We went with a hybrid system of a heat pump and gas furnace. We got three quotes and Day Heating was not only the lowest but in my opinion did the best job in assessing our home and making a recommendation. I found that each company had a different angle on how they thought things should be done. With much research I found the Day Heating's Sales person was the most knowledgeable. Once we chose the system for install their service team was very, very good. They were professional, clean, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I had a couple of requests after the system was installed and each time I received a call promptly and my questions were answered and in the second case an adjustment was made to the unit as per my preference. Approximately one year later my hot water heater broke. I called two places for quotes and once again, Day Heating came in with the best bid, but at this point I knew the quality of their company and it was an easy decision to go with them. The installed the unit the next day, again, great installation team, and I was extremely pleased. I owned a small business in Corvallis and am very sensitive to good customer service. I felt Day Heating was outstanding in all phases of my experience and would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: We had to have a new furnice installed because either the motor or the fan had quit working, therefore, the AC would not work either. The age of our furnice was 18yrs--too old to just replace parts.
