I would, and have, used them again. They did a lot of work on our unit to make it work right. It's an expensive filter because of the allergies I have. I'd give them an "A+" as I can't imagine anyone doing any better. They did excellent work. So that's an "A." I don't say this about everybody. I'm pretty picky. I'm kind of a perfectionist by nature. I'm not easy to get an "A" from. They'd be the first ones I'd use in the future. These are the only people that I'd give this kind of rating too.

It's a small company. I think they only have a couple of people. But when our heat pump went out on a weekend, on a Sunday, they only charged us $20 to come out. They are competent and very fair. What can I say? I'd give them an "A+" rating! Their pricing is fair. A little bit lower than I was expecting. I was pleased with it.
