Description of Work: When I first spoke to Tammy on the phone, she seemed very responsive and helpful. However, she set 2 appointments to come to our house and cancelled them both. The last time we spoke to her, she suggested that we could "do it ourselves" and then, tried to sell us a different service than we had spoken of previously. Overall, it was not a good experience.
