They came on time, reviewed the job. We skipped some work on a lilac and cost was cut. Courteous at all times. They a spotted a missed spot as they were cleaning up, pulled out tools again and did that correction. Pleasure working with them.

On July 16 (after we returned from vacation) we called to set up appointment. We wanted to get a quote to add additional work. He said he would contact us in a week. 3 weeks later, no response. We are moving on to a different company.

Overall, the work was excellent. Rose City did an excellent job of thinning the crown of our trees as well as cutting dead limbs that had become dangerous. They removed all debris and left little sign of their work. They did forget to call the night before the service which would have been nice but we knew which week they were coming, so it was not a complete surprise. They apologized for not calling and their quality of work made up for the non-call. Overall, great work.

They left some damaged and broken branches dangling in the and said they would come back and cut them and never have. I have called many times and always get a polite reassurance that they forgot and will definitely come do it. They have never been mean, they just didn't come back and finish even though they always say they will when I call. It has been almost half a year and they have never come back and finished. The broken branches are dangling right over the driveway and where we park in the street and I am constantly concerned that they will eventually fall onto my car. I am not very happy about it. I will probably have to pay more money to have someone else come and cut them because I am afraid they will eventually fall onto my car. I will call Rose City Tree Service one more time, then I might file a complaint with the CCB. If they ever come finish, I will update this comment to reflect that. The only reason I am giving a and quot;Fairand quot; mark instead of and quot;Badand quot; is because the work they did do was acceptable. Not great, but fair, and there was a lot of work done, they just never finished the last bit.

ROSE CITY TREE SERVICE knew what he was talking about. handled all the shutting off of gas lines. he said they would finish quickly. i have yet to see anything negative about this company. from what i have seen i will use them again in the future.

They were very prompt. When they left, the place was as clean as when they had gotten there.

Rick was very responsive and gave us an estimate the same day we called. The tree was taken out 5 days later. Good clean-up.

He is awesome and very nice. Cleaned up well after he was done. He has done this forever. It a very fair reasonable price. He showed up on time, did what he said he would and did it well. He has depth and knowledge of trees and their care.

Everything was done exactly as requested and then some. The yard was raked and all bits and pieces picked up. Even the roof of the garden shed and the driveway were blown off when the work was done.

Freezing of water which had seeped into tree trunk had caused trunk to split three ways. Tree was in imminent danger of falling if winds developed. Called Rose City Tree Service late on Friday afternoon, and tree removal was scheduled for Monday morning. Ice and snow on Monday prevented the full crew from arriving; however, the owner came out and stabilized the tree with chains. Good thing because it got pretty windy on Monday night. Crew arrived early Tuesday and took down the tree w/o incident. Job was completed in 1/2 day.
