Poor service, ignoring my requests for information or sending an e-mail answer that seemed liked it was copied from the answer to an unrelated question for somebody else. Though CAP's contract said their Community Manager would attend three of our board of director meetings per year, in the final year our Community Manager, Julie Balestreri, attended zero. CAP seemed to only serve the interests of the majority vote on the board of directors, and favored contractors, not homeowners. When the majority board became a minority due to elections and resignations of directors, Ed Hamilton, President of CAP, immediately gave a 90-day notice to quit, writing "we feel that your Association and our company are no longer a good fit." In the final 90 days, I made one request for information. After my second follow-up, Julie responded with "You can certainly take this up with the new management company."
