+ -1 moreA quote was mailed and delivered within a few days. However, subsequent attempts to follow up and revise the estimate (remove one door from the estimate) were unusually difficult. First email and voicemail were not returned. Second voicemail was returned on a Friday afternoon, called the following Monday. No response at all after that. The price quote is also the highest (a total cost of $6000 in initial quote).
Description of Work: A representative came out to deliver an estimate on replacing 4 interior doors, 1 interior French door and modifying an exterior door to accommodate a pane of leaded glass.

+ -1 moreCan;t say enough good things about Dick Bell, charmed the socks off my wife (he's out of retirement to help his son at C.S.). Actual work was excellent. The crew came early and were extremely careful and clean around our home, extensive landscaping and dog/dog run. I'd come home from work not even knowing they had been their except the spectacular work done on the windows. Amazing attention to detail and considerate to us. Main installer was a man in mid 40's name started with a T (my wife forgot and I never met). He was so detailed and really went out of his way to do a great job. We will be giving our names to Classic Sash as someone people can come by our house to see their work - we're that happy. Great customer service too!
Description of Work: We replaced 23 windows in our 81 year old home. All custom with some to a lot of trim/frame work. Included (all Milgard Vinyl): 2 oversized front picture windows, 4 sliders in basement, 4 medium single hung and 13 average/large windows (all single hung) - 3 of the windows with obscured glass. We were expecting Classic Sash to be the high bid as they reside over Rejuvination but could not have been more wrong. Classic Sash was one of 4 bids and the second lowest - but by far the most detailed on their bid. FYI lowest $8200 with no detail, highest $14800 (ridiculous). The said work would start in 4-5 weeks from accepted bid, and it did. Also quoted 2-3 days to install, took 3 1/2 days (which is fine with us).

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time, were very nice and helpful. Did the work in half a day just as expected. They cleaned up VERY WELL after the job. They had to run, and get trim pieces for 2 of the windows. They cut the trim pieces on my front porch and then swept the porch! When they were finished with the work, you couldn't even tell they had been there. No mess. Just nice new windows!
Description of Work: Replaced three windows in my house, 2 double hung obscure glass in the bathrooms, and 1 single hung window on the landing in my hallway.
