I had a great experience with Fernando and CRS on my roofing project. The quality of the work and their attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. After removing the shingles, we encountered some water caused issues that needed fixing. This additional work was not included in the original scope/cost, but Fernando was fair with the additional cost and completed everything per the original timeline. I am extremely satisfied with the end product and would definitely hire again.

If I were able to provide and A+++ rating to the performance provided by this contractor I would. This will not be a short review but should be informative enough for someone to make and educated guess as to what contractor provides a great service for the money spent. Fernando of Certified Roofing Services was the fourth of four that were given the opportunity to provide me with a quote for services required. I needed to have my old roof removed and new shingles and new metal attached. Upon meeting with the gentleman (Fernando) I was swayed to give CRS consideration. Fernando had Malarkey product samples, product brochures and a story board of exactly how he was required to place the product. If you have not done much research into the product that is to be installed I highly recommend the Malarkey brand product. In the estimate there was a contingency for the removal and replacement of any damaged plywood in the event there had been some water intrusion from the previous roof. Fernando and his crew where required to remove and replace 6 sheets of plywood. For a Nominal fee. Apparently the contractor that built the house did not vent the bathroom exhaust fan to atmosphere and instead the moisture wicked into the plywood. Fernando diagnosed the problem replaced the plywood decking and installed a vent gap over the top of the pipe were there had not been a vent. All new vents were installed, new pipe plumbing vent covers and new metal placed around the perimeter of the house, in the valleys. The crew placed new metal around the skylight and pulled the skylight to replace the seal with new foam. I had asked that they include the cost of the OSHA tie off points in their bid so I could use them when I installed Christmas decorations. The units were sold to me at cost with no mark up. WOW. They went so far as to spray paint the galvanized heater vent to match the color of the new shingles. The installation crew was great, but let us not forget the administration. The front office was always cordial. Emails were prompt, informative, I new exactly what day the crew would arrive, what was to be required of me as the customer and the order in which payment for services was to be made. Hands down I would recommend this contractor to perform any of your roofing needs.

Carlos roofing did a quality and complete job on our new roofing. From the start, they went over in detail the materials that would be used and all costs associated with the project. They were very thorough on the installation itself and did a great job of cleaning up. I would strongly recommend them if you want a good job done!

Carlos Roofing did such a great job. They scheduled promptly, and arrived early. I was impressed with how careful they were about not dropping debris into my flower beds, and how well they cleaned up. The roof looks nice, and the workers worked well together, with good work ethic. The pricing was a tiny bit higher than the other quotes we got, but CRS came with multiple good recommendations, and I loved that they cleaned up after themselves so well. I would definitely recommend them, and also would hire them again (though hopefully we won't need a new roof any time soon!!)

I reached out to Carlos Roofing Systems in June 2019 for a quote on a removing the existing roofing, replacing with a high quality asphalt shingle, and replacing 3 skylights. In addition, I needed improved venting for my detached garage and the house attic. I called on Saturday morning and Fernando was out later that same afternoon to look over my roofing needs, show some samples of products, and provide me a quote. Fernando shared with me his company’s proof of insurance coverage and certification for Malarky roofing material installation, which was something important to me for the warranty coverage. Later that evening, I received an email with my quote. Upon accepting the quoted offer, I received an email with the required contract documents to sign and return along with my deposit. I was provided a start date for about 2 weeks later which worked well into my schedule. Fernando and his crew showed up right on time and they were all very respectful and maintained a clean work area throughout the project. Fernando cares about providing quality work and making sure the customer is satisfied with the job. He came up with a creative solution for the attic and was able to remove my gable windows to install gable vents as part of the overall solution which greatly improved my overall attic ventilation. Fernando is a trustworthy person, which made me feel comfortable in choosing CRS to take care of my roofing needs. I would highly recommend CRS for your home roofing needs. They weren’t the cheapest option, but they were competitive. My priorities in selecting a roofing company was to make sure they were certified to install the materials I preferred, had a good reputation from other customers, provided a fair and reasonable job quote, and had employees I felt comfortable working with. CRS nailed it hands down on all my priorities.

I hired CRS to do a repair on my leaking roof. They did a wonderful job communicating with me and letting me know what would be done. Great job!

I had a great experience with this company. After noticing a leak in the ceiling of the bedroom, I decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did. They came out and determined where the problem was and fixed it! So happy they fixed the problem with a repair and didn't try to sell me a whole replacement, when it was not necessary.

Easy to work with and the roof looks great and is not leaking. Not a hard job but done well and easy to work with.

Fernando explained and showed what would be done and how long it would take.His crew was prompt and very friendly and my roof looks great. they went out of there way to fit me in because I had another project starting.Fernando also tinted my new skylights which I couldn't get another roofing company to do.He walked around the house and showed me some big mistake another roofing company made on my deck cover and repaired things I was upset with from a previous job. I highly recommend Carlos Roofing for anyone that needs roof work done RIGHT. I will recommend them anytime I have the chance to. Feel free and drive by to look.

It was wonderful. They were very efficient, professional, on time and cheerful. The owner, Fernando, was with the crew the entire time. They were hardworking and stayed until the street lights came on. The work they did was beautiful.

An "A" is not enough to reflect how satisfied I am with Carlos Roofing Systems! I contacted them (and several other local roofing companies) on a Friday morning with an "urgent" request for some unexpected repairs to my roof and gutter that were required after a chimney was removed. The repair was needed before rain damaged the area under the roof that was exposed. Carlos Roofing Systems came through and saved the day! Not only did they respond promptly, they rearranged their work schedule to send their main foreman to do the work personally on the following Monday! In addition, they made the extra effort to ensure an exact match with my existing roof shingles (I did not know the make or color - so they researched this on their own). Something which could have easily been overlooked given the rush nature of the job. The work was completed by mid afternoon on Monday and more than met my expectations! In addition, I really appreciated the fact that they did not take advantage of my "emergency" to overcharge me for the work. I plan on using Carlos Roofing Services for any future roofing related work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an OUTSTANDING roofing company that cares about their customers!

We needed a new roof for our addition as the previous roof was never property vented. We interviewed several different companies and though Carlos Roofing wasn't the lowest bid, they by far seemed to be the most knowledgable. Fernando explained everything to us before the work was done and explained why he planned on using certain materials, etc. We were away when the work was done but when we returned, we couldn't even tell that work had been done except that we had a nice new roof! The clean up was thorough and, well, amazing! Fernando took photographs of the entire process and came back a few days after we returned from our trip to thoroughly explain the work that was done. There had been water damage to the trusses so he took the time to show us how he repaired/replaced the issues so that our roof would be strong for years to come. Overall, we are very happy with the work and will definitely use Carlos Roofing again should we have issues in the main house.

It went beautifully. Fernando Carlos was punctual, efficient, professional, and immensely helpful! He was able to fix the broken portion of the soffit, and assessed the condition of my roof generally. Fernando is clearly an expert! I would certainly consider hiring Carlos Roofing Systems for any of my future roofing needs!

Fernando was excellent. Very professional and answered all my questions. He also found a solution to my un-vented roof. The prior owner had finished the attic but didn't install baffles under the insulation. I had planned to remove all the insulation and drywall and fix it. But for a very reasonable price Fernando took off the osb decking installed 1x board running up the roof for airflow and put down cdx plywood. They were also very good about cleanup, putting plastic down over everything in the garage and even taking a pile of remodeling debris I had when they had extra room in the truck.The roof looks great and I as very happy with the experience.

Fernando was prompt, professional and skilled. They actually were able to complete our roof replacement 3 weeks earlier than initially estimated. They supplied pictures of work before and after. They cleaned up all debris every day. They worked the entire day with only one break for lunch. Fernando met with us after business hours to go over the bid so my husband did not have to take time off of work. We were very pleased with his communication as well. We were always called back, usually within an hour if we had any questions. We would definitely hire again!

There's not enough words to describe how pleased I am to have chosen Carlos Roofing Systems to do our roof. We were a little hesitant at first because they were not the lowest bid we received but after Fernando took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, we knew he would do an excellent job. very smoothly an unexpected expense was i needed all new plywood for my roof. 6500 for anew roof 8400 because all the plywood had to be replaced. 42 sheets of plywood

I cannot say enough good things about Carlos Roofing Systems! We had several estimates and CRS came in by far the lowest. Not only were they much more reasonable, their price included many things that other roofers called upgrades and charged a premium to do. CRS saved us as much as $8,000 on our roof! We were on a deadline to get our roof repaired and Fernando fit us in at the last minute. He and his crew were so nice, professional and prompt. They finished our roof in three days, and left everything immaculate! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARLOS ROOFING SYSTEMS!!
