The whole process went very smoothly. I called the owner of the company with my request for services. He arranged for someone to be at my place to do the work the next day. I was very impressed with the no-nonsense, businesslike approach of the company and workers. I would recommend them to anyone seeking roofing services.

There was no mention about removing the skylights but they replaced them as I did not want them removed.

Rodrigo returned my calls promptly. This was a difficult job which most A list Angie's List contractors didn't want to touch. "You mean I might have to do structural work as well as roofing. "You need a contractor, said the roofers." "We don't do roofing and can't quote on the job until we tear the roof off and see what's up, said the contractors", and getting anybody to even think of doing a partial roof is a whole other story. Rodrigo gave me an easy to understand estimate that detailed what each step of the work would cost if different problems arose, shingling was one price, replacing plywood another, structural work, etc. In the end the job was done very quickly and efficiently with the hard-working but friendly crew working well past sunset one day to beat the forecasted rain. Great experience.

They did very fast work and the price was reasonable. Communication with them was easy. I was very pleased with the work.

Although Mr Quintamilla is very busy, He reassured me that he would do the job, and was very professional, all in his dealings with us.

It went great! It's kind of hard to find a roofing contractor who returns calls promptly and deals with paperwork and estimates in a timely manner. I know, because I tried with other A-rated Angie's List contractors. Rodrigo was the best! We had a complex project that mushroomed in the middle, but he was upfront on his estimate and personally involved in our on-the-ground troubleshooting. Much of the work was unable to be scoped before we started, since you couldn't see the state of the ceiling underneath the old roofing. Nail It quoted a fair rate and their team of guys seriously worked hard for many days. They even worked into the evening on a Saturday night and then came back ahead of schedule for some final items. And some of the work was precarious and needed a steady hand. We were also very pleased by their finish carpentry details, especially with the joined beams and edging for massive 6' x 8' glass windows.

AMAZING! Rodrigo was here in 20 minutes when I called for a quote. He left me with brochures so I could make an informed decision on my roofing materials and colors, and sent me a quote via email with various choices plainly detailed. I chose a 30 year architectural shingle with algae resistance, and upgraded to a 30 lb felt. I was told they were five weeks out for the job, and sure enough after five weeks, here they are! The workers showed up yesterday morning by 7:30 am, and would have had the entire job DONE that day, except they were short a couple bundles of shingles. They were back this morning to finish up. The roof is beautiful, the workmanship is outstanding, the workers polite and efficient. Absolutely NOTHING was left behind for me to clean up. I would HIGHLY recommend NAIL-IT roofing without hesitation. A++++++++++

Those guys were great! They arrived at seven in the morning and worked until eight at night. They were cheerful, efficient and cleaned up the site afterwards. For an experience that is only a step or two below childbirth, root canals, and IRS audits, Rodrigo and crew made roofing as pain-free as possible. Hire them!

My first contact was with Rodrigo. I called and we set a day and time for him to meet me at the house. I hurried home from work so I wouldn't miss him. I waited and waited. After approximately 50 minutes after our scheduled time I called him. He had forgotten our appt. and said that he wanted to go home and eat dinner, could he come another time? So we scheduled another appointment later in the week. He was to meet me to give me and est. So, I hurried home from work and waited and waited. One hour after his scheduled time I called him. He AGAIN had forgotten our appt. He had a problem with his truck but that he would change trucks and he would be here in 30 minutes. 20 minutes later he called and said that he was tired and would have to come another time. I said No, that I was very disappointed in his lack of professionalism. That he should have called me. I don't understand why businesses think it's OK to be lazy and unprofessional and still expect to get the work.

They were very responsive. The work was completed a few days after I made the initial phone call. The work involved removing and replacing approximately 2 squares of composition roofing. The job took about 2-1/2 hours.

Cedar roof torn off, debris removed, plywood installed on Tuesday afternoon. Job finished on Wednesday. Nail It did a great job. There was existing truss damage which was discovered by roofers after cedar roof removed, Rodrigo (Nail It's owner) discussed with my husband (who knew that the roof was spongy in that area). We OK'd repairs. Good clean up job. I was impressed with the quick start to finish time. Several of our yard lights were damaged (I think by trucks running over them), I told Rodrigo that my husband would replace the lights. Rodrigo advised that he would cover the replacement cost. House is on a flag lot with a narrow driveway, not an easy approach for large trucks, so not surprising that lights were damaged. Great experience. Angie's List discount.

Rodrigo came over twice to give us the estimate and discuss the job. He was patient while I made up my mind regarding product and color and worked with me to get a good price. His bid was the lowest of four. His crew came in the morning as planned and got right to work. The whole job was done in a day. They were all very polite and professional. They protected plants and cleaned up well afterward. The roof looks very nice and I am very pleased with their work.

The guys were great. They called the same day, scheduled the roofing for the next day and all showed up and had the work completed in less than a day and left no mess or even trace that they had re-roofed anything. We called him while they were roofing and asked if he could also include cleaning and treating for moss and he was glad to add that service too, of course for additional charge, but very reasonable. He mailed the invoice about a week later, very hard working and honest. We would hire them again for any roofing needs again.

These guys are great! Rodrigo was always available on the phone to answer my questions. His crew arrived and knocked out the job in no time flat. They were short on some material (it wasn't easy to get locally) but they let me know and were there the next day to finish the job. They cleaned up after themselves an left me with no headaches. I forgot to mention the 5% coupon on the list and paid in full , but when I mentioned it to Rodrigo , he sent me a credit check for the overpaid amount. I would certainly use them again.

I'm a realtor so getting bids promptly and efficiently makes the difference between a buyer moving in and a seller moving out. These guys were extremely efficient and told me the work would only take 2-3 days. They got the bid out to me in less than 24 hours. They were also the cheapest bid with the best materials. I will use these guys in the future for any real estate transaction which I need a new roof. They are on top of their game!

Rodrigo was extremely helpful and returned any calls I made to him. He quickly responded to my request for an estimate for this job. His estimate was $2,000 less than another company which told me I had 2 layers of roof on the house when I knew there was only one! Rodrigo also told me he couldn't get to it for 2 to 3 weeks, but when I told him I had to have it done to coincide with my re-fi closing he squeezed it in in 3 days! His crew did an excellent job and completely cleaned up all debris. They arrived about 8a.m. and were done by 5p.m.! Great service, good price! Will use Nail It again! Also, he gave a 5% discount from Angie's List.

Rodrigo was very prompt and professional with bid. Roof on 2-story house built in 1991 had not been cleaned in years when we bought it so was very mossy and had lots of debris from a huge Douglas fir. Had a couple other roofing companies bid close to $2000 which seemed ridiculous. Another company told me the roof was too steep and would not bid. Pedro came the next day with 2 other helpers. Our house is a little difficult to find and they had been given misinformation so they were a little late but it was fine. It took them about a 1/2 day to finish the work in the rain. Clean up was good and the roof looks so much better. Very pleased with work and price.

Pedro and his crew were timely and professional. They got right to work and really did a professional job. They cleaned up and left no trace of any debris or old materials. They were terrific!

He called to tell me he would be late and was only 20 minutes late. Very courteous, quick, friendly. I cannot grade in quality until I can see if that was indeed where the leak was. Overall, good experience.

Getting in touch with Nail-it roofing was tough, as they didn't return my phone calls for a few days. Once we spoke, Pedro came out the same day and patched the holes in our roof. I wasn't home when the work was done, but he called me later in the day to tell me how the work went.

Rodrigo and is crew are very professional. I Called them with the work and the next day he had his crew on site and ready to go. His crew had all their tools and materials with them and they fixed the roof promptly and efficiently. His crew first checked in the attic to see where the water was coming in and then spent about 45 minutes fixing the problem, all the while keeping me informed of what was being done. Very happy with and work done and level of professionalism display by Rodrigo's company and his co-workers. Would recommend to anyone.

Given the low cost (in roofing terms!) and duration (45 min), I agreed. I did not anticipate this beforehand and expected to get a quote or two, but Rodrigo was courteous and did a solid repair job. Overall, I am happy with the service, but for any newer home owner, be sure to clarify on the phone beforehand if you are looking for an estimate or repair.

Rodrigo and his crew were extremely professional. They did such and amazing job on our roof and completed the work AMAZINGLY FAST!!!! I referred another friend to Nail It and he's getting his roof by Rodrigo. Well if we ever end up moving and need roofing done I would definitely call Nail It again.

He was really good, I felt the most comfortable with him. I don't know if I am going to hire him because I haven't gotten the bid yet. He was professional and kind. He had nice suggestions. He listened and knew what I wanted.
