Crew of two arrived on time. One of the crew obviously was being trained. Went right to work and worked a long and full day to complete the work. Crew had not been informed of shaping of floor adjacent to carpet so had to leave and purchase edging etc. Left novice in charge.. after cleanup noticed that white caulking water had been dumped in my flower bed. Tony did good work but needed to come back and trim the caulking on the kitchen backsplash and redo some spots of caulking on the floor. Tony was very nice.. VERY quiet.. and a hard worker.. but didn't seem too happy. I don't believe I would hire them again. Job is satisfactory and tile looks good.. we have done the finish work.

The installers were right on time both days, were very professional, did a quality job and cleaned up everything before leaving.

I visited the store and Debbie helped me in picking out the tile. We set up for a time for the job to be estimated, and then later the person that would do the installation called. There was a little confusion in setting the date, but it was arranged and he met with my general contractor. The installer was polite and professional and worked well with my contractor. The first day of installation, his partner was ill do it went a little slower than anticipated. The job became a custom job and was quite intricate. It looks very beautiful.

I am still going to have to replace on transition piece between my wood fllor and the LVT in one room because they cannot seem to get it to look decent.

Except for a glitch on the administrative side, all went well. Micah assured me that this was an oversight and he made things right. The workers were courteous and efficient. They asked questions to be sure of what we wanted and they followed through with excellent workmanship. We purchased only one coupon and we should have purchased two to cover the time. However, a contract was signed and we were charged $50 an hour for the number of hours over the amount of time bought. All in all, my husband and I are very pleased with all of it and would recommend this company to others.

It was all very smooth. The installation cost was unexpectedly high, but internet searches for the cost led me to believe that their price was reasonable (and probably on the low side). Given that I had the coupon and the saleswoman rushed to get me in during their half-off sale, it all seemed fair.

Called the shop to schedule an estimate. The person arrived and assessed the work and provided an accurate estimate a few days later. We visited their showroom in Oregon City and really liked the designer they have there. She spent 40 minutes working with us to ensure we have a good color floor to go with our countertops and eventually the tile we want on the shower wall. The person performing the installation arrived on time and worked with amazing speed and precision. I felt bad we forgot to tip him and plan to once I get his contact info. The floor was installed perfectly and is very beautiful. I normally prefer to do work like this myself and I'm glad we had this group perform the work. I don't normally put A's across the board for ratings but this group earned every one of them. THANK YOU FLOORING AMERICA!

Installers were fast. Flooring not what I expected. Floor sample did not show that it was highly patterned. I expect a detailed list of costs for records when I sell the house. Only verbal overall cost was given. Also was told that I would receive products to care for flooring and did not.

With the coupon it was a great, otherwise the prices seemed a little high.

In was generally pretty good. They had some installer that did a bit of damage on the door frames. Which cost us extra money but they credit back for the extra cost it costed me. They were very apologetic but everything else went fine. The ending job looked very good.

We found Floor America on here and used one of the Angie's List deals which was pretty great. Their showroom is nice with a wide range of options. Debbie helped us and after a few questions about our tastes and preferences we had found the perfect carpet. It was a pretty quick process. Micah came to do the measuring and bid and was very friendly and professional. I spoke with Caleb several times about scheduling the install and he was very timely in his response times. On the day that our install was scheduled the guys arrived a bit later then we had planned. After a short time one of them left because they had another job they were doing that day that wasn't complete. Needless to say he never returned and only one guy did the entire install himself. It took him nearly 9 hours, not leaving our house until almost 700 pm. I guess he ran into some issues as the previous carpet was not done well. The completed job was fairly good. There were a few spots near the seam lines where the carpet was a bit bubbled up and one spot near the baseboard where it was cut just a tiny bit short but we weren't being super picky as it was a basement. Unfortunately for us 10 days after the new carpet was installed our normally very dry basement had a flood after a freaky amount of rain. Luckily we salvaged the carpet and they came back to do a restretch after everything dried out. Micah was again very timely, professional and friendly when he came back to take a look. In fact he drove in nasty rush hour traffic to do about a 5 minute walk through to confirm that our carpet was still intact and we were ok to have it restretched. We had them fix the couple problem areas at the time of the restrech, but unfortunately one of the seams is still pretty noticeable. Again, this is a basement so we just let it go. I would definitely go here again for my flooring needs. All of my communication with the people at Flooring America was great and we are happy with our product.

The room looks bright, the floor is pretty and does not creak. My daughter enjoys living in a room with a wood floor. I would use them again.

The process was flawless from start to finish. I choose some carpet samples to bring home, and scheduled Micah (the owner) to give me a quote. He came at the scheduled time, and gave me a very reasonable price. I was lucky enough to be able to take advantage of an Angie's Big Deal coupon offer which saved me $700.00! They were very accommodating in scheduling installation at my convenience. Three installers came at the time I asked them to, and finished my living/dining room and hall in about 3-1/2 hours! A very good experience, and I'm loving my new carpet.

After seeing the Angie's Big Deal promo, I decided it was worth looking into this deal. Before buying the coupon, my husband and I made a trip down to Flooring America in Oregon City to see what they had to offer and whether this Big Deal coupon was the way for us to go. (Since we were only re-carpeting one room, we wanted to make sure it was the best deal to use the coupon on a regularly priced carpet versus purchasing carpeting that was on sale.)We arrived on a Friday afternoon and only Debbie was in the showroom. Luckily, she had time to help us. (In the future I will call ahead to make an appointment.) We looked at various carpet options and costs and decided that it would be to our advantage to purchase the Angie's deal. We left the store with a carpet sample board so we could decide between two grades of carpet and the color. We also made an appointment to have our room measured the following Thursday so we could get a realistic estimate of the cost. We ended up needing to reschedule the measurement due to an error on their end but it was done only a few days later. (Apparently, they were overwhelmed with the response to the Angie's deal and our appointment had inadvertently been written done for the Thursday BEFORE we had even stopped by the store.) We also needed to get a second sample board because, since we only took the board with the grades of carpet we were interested in looking at, we didn't actually get the lighter colors that would match carpeting in our adjacent room. Debbie was nice enough bring the other sample board to our home (in Tualaitin) so we need need to make another journey to the showroom. We did eventually get the color picked out, the measurements completed and an estimate delivered. That whole process took about 2 weeks and then it took about another 2 weeks until they called to schedule an appointment for the installation (the carpet needed to be shipped from back East.)Our installation appointment was scheduled for the following week. Caleb told me they would be here around 9 am. The team arrived around 9:20 which was great because we had only just gotten the room cleared of furniture. There were three people and they quickly got to work removing the old carpet and pad and installing the new ones. It took just about three hours. They cleaned up, asked if we needed any help moving anything (we declined), and were gone. They did a great job, very efficient. Our new carpet looks great.

Originally, I was unhappy with some of the details of the work done on our home. Following my Angie's List review, the owner of Flooring America personally responded to me and offered to come out to our home and discuss the situation. He offered to remove and replace the baseboards at no extra cost. The work was easy to schedule and they replaced all the baseboards in the room at NO COST to us... Needless to say, my opinion of this business has changed in a very positive way. Flooring America is determined to provide a positive experience and quality work to their customers. My experience aligns with this completely. Thank you to the staff at Flooring America for the hard work and commitment to service. :)

From our initial meeting with the Flooring American interior decorator to the final carpentry touch up work, we are very pleased with the work this company did. The staff and technicians are professional; knowledgeable; hard-working; helpful and they clean up each day before leaving. We were very comfortable with them in our home and recommend the Oregon City Flooring America store to anyone looking for new floors or carpet. They transformed our home into a very comfortable showplace. You won't find a better company.

They are really a good company and we are using them again. They were very responsive with 1 or 2 small issues. They immediately took care of those with no question. They were on time, prompt, and professional. Micah is the owner of the company and he came out to give the estimate. Caleb came out to over see the job and he did a great job. Debbie the show person was excellent as well.

They were great. I plan on using them for a kitchen in the future. They are a good distance from my home and I only had to go there once. Blake came out and gave suggestions and brought the samples I had suggested. The workers that put in the carpet did a good job as well. I love the carpet and have had complements on it.

It was great. They were very professional, on time, and did a wonderful job. The workers were very sensitive to our needs. They were courteous as well.

I chose not to work with Flooring America based on price. I purchased 2 Big Deal coupons, however their quote was still higher than the company I chose to contract with. Debbie, their designer, spent time with me for material selection but was not able to locate exactly what I wanted in their store so I chose material with another company. Flooring America’s bid on this material was higher than their competitor so I went with a different company. I was able to get a full refund on the Big Deal Coupons.

American Flooring was great from start to finish. We chose the flooring from a large selection with the guidance of the sales team, making sure that our choice was a great match for the upstairs of our home. The flooring was absolutely beautiful and all work waswas completed by polite, friendly, and efficient people who cared about their work and our satisfaction. The prep and installation was complete within two days, leaving us with a gorgeous and clean upstairs. We will use American Flooring again for the downstairs of our home.

We probably wouldn't have made the best choice on our own if it weren't for all the help we received from Debbie M. Debbie was very knowledgeable and helpful in coordinating materials and answering all of our questions and concerns. Micah came to our home and did a professional measurement so that the bid was reasonable and accurate. We paid 50% down before fabrication and the remainder after installation. The fabrication and install was flawless and we felt that we were "in good hands" for this important part of our home improvment project. We are so happy with the looks, feel, and performance of the quartz and we are enjoying our kitchen very much thanks to Flooring America of Oregon City!

I found the staff at the store to be very helpful and courteous. They were timely in delivery of the materials. I would highly recommend them.
