Don was thorough, professional and on top of all aspects of the bid process and installation. All of my questions were answered and he even communicated with me on week ends.

Very professional, very fast, very clean. Very thorough; they took lots of pictures, before and after, to show me what problems were encountered and how they were repaired. Great job! And really great looking roof! My neighbors were impressed; one ordered a new roof the same day he saw mine.

Don Phillips came out to the house and spent an hour checking the roof and showing me the information on the Malarky Shingle product he uses. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He gave me an estimate that day and after getting other estimates, I chose his company because of his honesty, the product, and the estimate. He arrived on time each day and his crew cleaned up each day. They were friendly and worked hard. My yard was spotless when the job was completed. I was so very pleasantly surprized to receive a response to my search on a Wednesday, a visit from Don Phillips on Thursday for an estimate and a new roof by 3pm on Saturday. these professsionals are very capable performing a work ethic rarely seen in this day and age. don provided me with all the information i needed in a simple to the point manner that left me feeling confident i would receive the quality roof i could count on. living on the oregon coast subjects homes and roofs to tremendous storms with wind and rain that anything but the best can withstand. above all, i also received a 30 year warranty on roof that is transferable to next owner. i have already recommended roof tech to a couple of people knowing they won't be disappointed. there was no cleanup after their departure either. kudos!!

They searched for a solution and found one for inflow since my louvres were cosmetic, got the in-flow/outflow to a correct level . (so far). They listened to my concerns (currently vent-to-attic, wanted vent-to-outdoors including installing one for a future upgrade. The roof was of mixed remodel and at connect points in bad shape. Fixed it properly so it should nolonger be a problem. Despite the wind only missed a few far-flying debris for cleanup. Co-ord and refered me to a contractor for some non-roof specific issues. Some of crew did not know I needed to know of past and current insect issues.

Don and all of the Roof Tech employees were amazing!! They did a wonderful job on our roof, great communication, and they left our house looking cleaner then when they arrived. No debris anywhere!! I am so glad we hired Roof Tech Specialties for the job!!!!!

Don Phillips and his staff of workers were GREAT! Don gave us a thorough and detailed estimate of the cost of the work to be done, and explained in detail, exactly what they would do. Don warantees his work personally, as well as the roofing materals. The guys were pleasant, friendly and hard workers, who cleaned up at the end of every day, and kept us informed about the issues they found with quite a bit of water-damaged plywood underlayment. They worked long hours to keep things covered when rain was expected. Don's customer service and installation practices were more thorough than any other roofer's who gave us bids.

They got the job done earlier then anticipated. Was more then quote but roof had some trouble areas. New skylight put in no troubles so far and it is so nice to be able to really see the sky through glass and not plastic. Very nice gentlemen.
