Jamie was very friendly and transparent. He sent photos of the work done as it was being completed to keep me informed. He even went above and beyond and did some extra work to make sure everything was 100% properly maintained. Best of all he was even mindful of the fact that I had a virtual meeting and waited to clean the roof until I was off as to not disturb me as I work at home. A++

Half hour late for first meeting, no phone call. Overprced bid but they accepted lower offer, still too high and pressured. Good product and warranty. Turned a small two day job into a five day production, working sporadically after pushing hard the first day. Unimpressed by the poor work ethic.

Very surprised that job cost 20% more than the estimate due to unforeseen issues that I believe could have been foreseen. Also took 4 days longer to finish than expected. That being said, the crew and materials seemed top-notch. All the issues that arose were handled promptly and it was obvious they wanted to do a good job. The new roof looks good and my yard was left clean. I would call them again .

Task performed from estimate-through-completion w/follow-up visit by Zachery by Roof Tech's LLC, Delta Contracting, here in Lincoln City. Terrific smiling young family man of his word w/serious work ethics. Rapid initial response. Willing to work finances w/me. Estimate = Scope of Work = Performance = Nice! Complicated repair including chimney area & clean-up of mess left by insurance-provided contractor (boo hiss) after home fire. Zach accomplished in three mornings w/three different weather conditions. He's an early riser; done before I was finished w/morning rituals. No more drips. Lucky to have honorable Zachery as MY pro roof man.

They showed up on time from estimate through work completion, covered/protected the roof appropriately at the end of each workday, and stayed in good communication via phone calls. The roof job seem to fine no leaks that I can see. However when they had the roof boards off one of the workmen put his FOOT thru my celling they also disconnected my fire place flood lights. after more than 60 days these problems have NOT been addressed.

These guys are fantastic! They came on Monday and the job was completed by noon on Sunday. They did a fantastic job in 3 days. They used quality materials and were friendly and profestional. Their cost for the job was $6,000.00 less than Sears and Home depot . I am so glad I found this company on home advisor.

First time I ever did a construction project on line and over the phone but it paid off for me. Talking over the roofing project and listening to the contractor explain how Mule Hide Roofing material would work for my situation at the coast convenced me to give it a try. The estimate seemed fair even though there was bound to be dry rot as old as the original roof was. It takes a degree of trust and I was willing to OK the estimate. The project was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Don!
