V2 properties made continuous errors in billing and management of our property. Our property manager did not return calls, was missing, numerous personal issues and excuses. The owner was rude and unresponsive. This is a family business that pointed fingers at eachother and the clients get the brunt end of it. Our first months they sent us statements showing repairs on a property that were not approved, and had hundreds of dollars of charges that we knew nothing about. We had a specific clause of no charge over $400. without approval because we had a Home Shield insurance plan that would cover repairs but they constantly forget or ignored the agreement. We had a tenant ruin our kitchen floor. The property manager said the tenants deposit would be used to replace the floor but then forgot to hold the tenants deposit. V2 then said they would go after the former tenant. They never paid us the $750. back or went after the tenant. Instead the family pointed fingers at eachotehr and did not return calls. We have multiple properties, extensive experience and would never recommend this company.
Description of Work: Property management for two of our properties, and one for my son.

We expected that the house would be inspected, and if anything needed to be done, it would be done. On this page of V2 Properties web site, (http://v2properties.com/tenants) it states, ?We use professional vendors (painters, handymen, plumbers, carpet cleaners, etc) to ensure that your unit is in good condition. We inspect the work performed to ensure that everything is ready before you move in.? The following occurred AFTER the tenets moved in. 04/01/2011 Dirty toilet, Dirty stove. Dirty blinds. Air leak where pellet stove used to be. $25.00 04/05/2011 Hot water leak in the garage, and under the dishwasher. Bath tub leak as well. $35.00 04/05/2011 Repair leak under sink in bathroom; replace leaking supply line handle under sink in kitchen; replace hot and cold water supply faucets for wash machine in garage - Hot water leak in the garage, and under the dishwasher. Bath tub leak as well. $140.00 04/28/2011 Serviced furnace. Duct repair. $526.95 05/18/2011 Leak in tub. Plumbing repair. $170.00 05/18/2012 Plumbing supplies. $64.95 06/01/2011 New Refridgerator, $935.00. NO RECEIPT for recycling old fridge= TAX LOSS. $50.00 The renters they selected, continued to make demands. For a total loss of over $5300.00. I don't know how they even qualified to rent our place. They had limited income, and the husband did not work. Before moving out the renters broke the faucet, and refused to fix/pay for it, and threatened us with a law suit. The final insult was returning the deposit, which we had 31 days to legally return it. We told them we would return it within 2 weeks, if everything was fine. I set the check to be sent out by our bill pay service. We where sent numerous e-mails, phone calls, and finally a threatening letter from the renters uncle. Even though we where paying the deposit back in full with no deductions, and well within the 31 days, it was not fast enough for the renter. I only wish there was a way to warn people not to rent to these people.
Description of Work: Rent out our house, which includes, advertising, interviewing/ showing, people the house. Handle all aspects of managing the rental, and the renters.
