Absolutely fantastic, professional service! Started from the admin office, they had an appointment one day after I called!! The appointment was for early afternoon. Office called back and said that they had a cancellation and wanted to know if I wanted the earlier appointment. Nick kept in touch how far out he was. Went above and beyond what was asked, and performed all the repairs as wanted. Provided great suggestions and asked to call back if I had any other questions. Would not hesitate at all in using the company again!

Prompt return of phone call and came about 1.5 hours late. worked 1 hour and we used coupon from Angie's list which service man honored. Work seems fine. Asked about different issue (fan in bathroom) and he agreed to measure and get back to me with an estimate but I never heard from them again.

I called Mike Patterson plumbing and left a message at about 11:00pm, asking to be called between 7and 8am the next morning, I received a call from their receptionist promptly at 7:15 the next morning. She was very pleasant, and was able to give me a rough estimate of the cost to have our hot water tank replaced. She then scheduled Nick to come out that afternoon. Nick called about 20 minutes before he would arrive, so I was able to come home from work to meet him. He pointed out that because there appeared to be an internal leak, we did need a new hot water tank. He then proceeded to replace the tank and fixed a small plumbing issue in our kitchen at no additional charge. The final charges were a little less than the quote I had been given that morning. We were very pleased with the overall experience with Mike Patterson Plumbing and would use them in the future should the need arise.

My husband and I had been fighting a leak from the shower in our master bath for some time. We had tried everything and felt we isolated the trouble in a general vacinity but needed someone with experience to actually find it and fix it. I joined Angie's list with this in mind. I found a number of very good reviews for Mike Patterson Plumbing and I was not disappointed. Nick was the Individual that came out and worked on our leak. He was professional, on time, very nice and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He found the leak and fixed it fairly quickly. I felt the price was reasonable and we no longer have a leak. I will definitely use them again and will refer friends to them as well. This was my first time using Angie's list for a referral and I have to say that I am so glad I joined. Thanks to all who are willing to input their experiences.

Nick showed up on time and installed 3 new faucets for me in less time than I had been quoted. He was professional, careful of my home and surroundings and did a great job of cleanup. I was very pleased and will definitely use Mike Patterson Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future.

We discovered a leak in our outside piping and believed that it was located at a junction between the main water line and the take-off for the outside irrigation system. It was the day before we were scheduled to leave for vacation. I called Mike Patterson based on Angie List reviews along with two other outfits. Mike's called back within 30 minutes, took our information and scheduled a visit for the next day. They arrived, excavated, verified the leak location and fixed it. This involved some difficult cutting, and replacement of pipes and fittings in a very restricted space. In addition, at my request, they installed a valve box - which required them sending another worker to buy the parts and return in time to complete the entire job that afternoon. We ended up with a working water system and easier access to the shut off valves to the water.They were fantastic. We will be using them for all our future plumbing work.

Called yesterday afternoon, and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Nick called to let me know he was on his way. He inspected the pipe we thought was the problem, but it was water from the recent storm and not a pipe that was the problem. I understood going in that I would be charged for the first hour, and I had no problem with this. What I appreciated was that Nick took the time to find the problem, rather than collecting his minimum and bolting. I appreciated their professionalism and courtesy from scheduling to finish. Should we have future plumbing work, I would work with them again and ask for Nick.

I am very pleased with the professional service provided by Mike Patterson Plumbing. We had purchased the instahot/cold and water filter from Home Depot and the boxes have sat at our house for two weeks. I had called around and did not feel satisfied with the lack of response from other plumbers. My husband just wanted to get the job done but I wanted the job done right! Last week I aksed our contractor who he would recommend and Mike's was one of the tnree names he gave me. This week I finally got around to calling Mike. The phone was answered quickly which impressed me after my other experience. The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful. She listened to what I needed done and told me she could have a plumber out this week.She also explained the price so I knew what to expect. Since it was within my budget I scheduled the job. Nick arrived on time and his manner was kind. He got to work right away and determined our existing hole was not large enough to accomodate the dispenser. Nick recommended a new hole and it was drilled in a location that made sense for the tubing and connections underneath. As questions came up, Nick explained things to us and at the end of the job he made sure that everything worked. Before he left, we told Nick that we had been having trouble with a bathroom sink drain since we bought this house last year. Nick took a look at it and was able to clean it out quickly. From the initial phone call through the job completion, I am flat out impressed and grateful for the friendly and knowledable staff at Mike Patterson Plumbing. We were able to get this job done quickly for a reasonable price. We are so glad that we chose Mike Patterson Plumbing and will definitely use this company again for our future needs.

I had a good experience. The guy who came was great. He was able to figure out a way to use what I had and anchor the toilet in a way so that it wouldn’t rock. They charge by the hour and it took a lot longer than I expected, but I am fussy and I made him do extra stuff. He had to unbolt the old tank from the wall and he filled the holes so that none of the tile was damaged. We had to reroute the supply line so that none of the tile would have to come up to get to it. I told him exactly what I wanted him to do and that I wanted to minimize tearing things up. He found a way to make things work without tearing up any tiles which was fantastic. I would absolutely use this company again because he was great.

I found a small water mark on the ceiling below an upstairs bathroom. After I cut an opening in the ceiling, I found that the shower drain was located right above the water mark and I noticed it had leaked. I decided to call a plumber because I didn't want any chance of not fixing it right the first time. I called Patterson after searching Angies List - I was looking for a small plumbing business or individual. I called in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment in the morning. I can't remember the guy's name but he showed up right on time. He was quick, courteous and clean. They charged a fair price and I am happy the job is done right.

A few weeks ago the kitchen sink spray hose started leaking. I tried to replace it myself, but I could not find the right parts at Home Depot. We called Mike Patterson Plumbing late last Friday and they scheduled us in for Monday morning. The company called us early in the morning on Monday (around 7 am) to confirm our appointment and give us a 2 hour appointment window. Gabe arrived within the scheduled time slot, and was very professional. He had the correct spray hose with him, so we didn't need to replace the nozzle. He replaced the hose very quickly. Since we paid for the hour, he offered to check a leaking toilet which he fixed as well. I will recommend this company to anybody and will definitely use them again.

The faucet in our kitchen sink because loose. Sound like a simple fix. No, no. It is in a very difficult location to access because it is behind the deep sink, large garbage disposal and the the wood around the access point. Plus access under the sink is very narrow. My husband, then a friend tried to do the job to no avail. After reviewing the plumbing options on the list, I choose Mike Patterson because of the good ratiings and reviews. I was told the name of the plumber when the appointment was made and he called the morning of the appt. He was professional, removed his shoes as he entered our home. Was very prompt and professional. He tightened the faucet, then noticed a leak in a hose, which I had noticed and forgotten about. He was able to replace the hose. And then he noticed a grout problem and told me how to fix that. On top of all of that, I received an Angie's List discount. Problem solved! I would not hesitate to call for future plumbing problems

The screws in the flange needed to be replaced but it was a solid, iron flange---above our capablilites. Nicke was prompt, knowledgable. He said the very old flange didn't need to be replaced, it was still in good working order. He did replace the rusty screws which had to be accessed from the basement. I thought maybe it would be a good time to snake the drain while the toilet was off, but he said it wasn't necessary, which saved us more money. Since he had some time left on the minimum hour, he installed the new toilet, new seat, and caulked..... all for $122. We were expecting WAY more. We will definitely use Patterson Plumbing again.

They did one thing over and above what was required. They found a rotten floorboard and dealt with that stabilizing the toilet in that location.

I felt that I had to keep an eye on things to keep things the way I wanted them to go. I was very clear and explicit with my direction of what I wanted done. I think he was choosing the route that would have made things a little easier for him to complete. He was a friendly guy, it was not that he was rude. It's just that if I was not home, I think I would have had to have called him back to correct the problem.

I called this company (after the person who had done my back flow testing did not show up) based on excellent Angie's list ratings. They were professional, came out when they said they would, called before they arrived, even though I didn't have to be there, just for a heads up, did the work. I will definitely be using them in the future. This is a very professionally run company.

We are so pleased with the job Mike Patterson plumbing did but more importantly, the thinking the estimator did to come up with a much less expensive and less disruptive solution to our problem than the other companies did. The other contractors said we would need to break up the concrete slab in a trench about 4 by 2 feet all the way across our house forcing us to lift carpets and endure major household disruption for the existing waste pipe to be fixed. The work was done on time and communication was excellent. And we no longer have water in out basement!
