Description of Work: Rekeyed one back door lock and front door to match another back door key. Fixed strike plate on two doors, replaced one lock, provided keys for two locks that I didn't have keys for.

Description of Work: I had my Mothers'70 year old hope chest, locked for 15 years. I wanted it opened for her Celebration of Life service. The first Locksmith could not get in, so weekend visit scheduled which I knew would be more. Wayne the owner came and also could not get in. He took care in getting the back of the chest off, splintered a bit on the side but came together well with wood glue. Great work, I would definitely use them again. Easy to work with. |Thank you

Description of Work: I had three door locks changed in the house I just moved in to. The service man was right on time and very professional. The house is older and had some unsafe problems with the locks. The service man told me the safest, least expensive option to correct the problems and even waited while I went to the hardware store to get a safer, less expensive dead bolt for him to install. I will definitely use Emerald City Locksmith again.

Description of Work: I asked Emerald to re-key all locks and deadbolts in a medium size home plus change out two internal door knobs and replace with lockable knobs. They supplied as many keys as I needed on site and completed the job timely. After I left I discovered that two of the locks were not working properly and they came right back out within the hour to fix.
