Description of Work: They replaced my old water heater with a brand new high-efficiency water heater that is connected to WiFi. It is great. I can change temperatures in the heater in case I am on a trip or have extra people at the house. It was a great improvement over my old inefficient water heater. The installer was quick and efficient. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: I called them to install a garbage disposal that I had purchased four months ago from Home Depot. I bought it when on sale because the ancient one in the 50+ house I bought two years ago seemed to be ready to expire, from the noise it was making. | |He was about an hour late from the appointed time, but I got a phone call beforehand he would be late, which I appreciated. After all, doing without a |garbage disposal for a day is not an emergency situation! | |He did an excellent job installing the new disposal and checking for leaks before he left. He had never seen a disposal like the one removed, after 20 |years as a plumber. It took him 15-20 minutes just to remove the old one! | |He had to fabricate some plastic tubing for the drain line as the height of the new disposal was not the same as the one removed. He had the parts on his truck that were needed. I was very happy they quoted me a flat-rate price and |I did not have to pay add-ons, like so many firms charge. | |I would recommend them to anyone. | |

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater and installed a hot water circulating pump for an additional $500. They did quality work, fixing a set-up that was not to-code, and were pleasant to deal with. Recommend.

Description of Work: Evenflo was very responsive, sending an estimator out within hours of contacting them. Their price was a bit higher than anticipated for the repair work, but we decided to go with them due to their reputation. Their work was very professional, they were on time, and their repairs have helped out plumbing situation substantially. I paid on completion of the work, and was promised a receipt, but it as yet to arrive.

Description of Work: This guy (Jim) was great. We have a century home that we rent out and had a faucet issue. Not only did he have a part that would work with our older home, he came the same day (semi urgent). He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and professional. He did an outstanding job and we will have him back.
