Description of Work: Rose City graded and paved my driveway and a large area in front of my house and barn. They even took the time to spread my extra gravel in a nearby corral. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. The attention to detail was great.The asphalt perfectly meets my garage floor, barn and several walk ways near the house and is graded so the water flows away from these locations. I received the bid and the job was completed the following week in two days. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I called 3 times asking for an estimate for re-striping our parking lot. I left a message each time, and each time I was told I'd "receive a call back shortly". The messages were left 7/13/12, 7/19/12, and 7/24/12. It is now 8/2/12. I have yet to ever receive a call back. Needless to say, I'm not going to use this company.

We are sorry we didn't get back to this customer, we did try to call but did not reach anyone. We do not do striping ourselves, we hire a striping contractor for this.

I WAS VERY DISTRESSED WHEN I WAS SERVED WITH A PAPER FROM THE CITY STATING THAT I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING THE SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO THE ROOTS OF A VERY LARGE TREE. ROSE CITY PAVING CAME OUT AND CUT THE TREE ROOTS AND FIXED THE SIDEWALK. I WAS VERY HAPPY OVERALL.
