ProDrain & Rooter Service

Service person was right on time, very helpful, and did a great job. Would definitely use their services again.

Three years ago we had similar problems with our drains backing up and very naively called a rooter service randomly out of the yellow pages. We had prompt service but were charged miscellaneous fees ranging from ''emergency service'' to ''diagnostic'' fees totaling almost $300!!! We didn't know any better and paid for the service. Today, through a referral, we called Pro Drain and were given a very accurate estimate over the phone and courteous and professional service for a fraction of what I expected. I will definitely use them again.

Jim came out and flushed out the drain, checked everything, and cleaned up after he finished. Very quick service!

Ty knew what he was doing and did the job quickly. Thought the price he charged was cheap compared to the work it saved me having to dig up 50 feet of underground pipe.

Mario, the plumber, was extremely careful not to damage any of the walls or woodwork. He completed the service, cleaned up and then insisted that we should do a test run of the dishwasher before he left my home. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish. I was impressed with the polite, professional manner and the low cost of the service. I was promised a first thing in the morning appointment, and Mario showed up a few minutes early.

I called another company first, but they wouldn't estimate charges over the phone for a common rooting. They wanted to send someone to give a ''free, no obligation estimate.'' Well, I would feel obligated to any plumber that had driven to my home and was ready, willing, and able to perform the work - no matter how high the bid. ProDrain answered the phone on the second ring, gave me the rate for a heavy duty root-cutting drain clearing ($69/Hr.), and set an appointment for the same day. Mario arrived on time and was incredibly helpful in moving stuff in my embarrassingly cluttered basement to access the clean-out. He then did the job quickly and cleanly, for the amount quoted. I would call ProDrain again or recommend them without hesitation.

Tyler was professional, helpful, and did more than expected, even under house repair. Previously we used Mr. Rooter to unclog this same drain, the service man did an unrequested "survey" of our entire house, unclogged the drain in 10 minutes, and showed us a chart of minimum charges that were over $200.00. This time I wanted to avoid this type of "service" and Angies list came through on this one. We have not felt this good about a company for some time. ProDrain is great.

Jim the plumber was on time, very polite, jolly, and reasonably priced.

The gentleman who arrived was prompt, personable, professional, courteous and thoughtful about bringing equipment into the house in ways that would minimize the mess. He did his job, conversed pleasantly with us, did his work independently and left. Price was reasonable. Service was what you'd hope for. Would recommend and use again.

Mario arrived before time and was very pleasant and polite. I was pleased with the way he went about the work and results.

Ty was on-time or early in both cases. He got the job done, and was very pleasant. The price was extremely reasonable, particularly for the quality of the service. We will definitely call Pro Drain again for plumbing needs. They even have a regular plumber and plumbers apprentice for jobs that go behind the clogs.

I was totally satisfied. George was on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up. I was unable to make contact on the weekend however.

Plumber showed up at the very end of the two hour time window after I called, but when he showed up, he was professional and helpful. Price was reasonable and plumber seemed very knowledgeable about his trade.

Showed up on time and did the job quickly and efficiently.

This was an excellent experience. I found ProDrain on Angie's List. I was more than pleased with the results. Jim was very professional, friendly and did a thorough job. We were given a 9am to 11am window, and he arrived right at 9. He found the problem immediately and completed the work quickly. We are now loyal customers. If I could give A+ I would. Our home is an older home and we are planning to call ProDrain back to rooter through the rest of our drains.

The man who came to do the work was very polite, professional, and punctual. Very good price considering weekend service.

Mario came in on time and listened sympathetically to my tale of a bathroom remodel, that now had problems and my unsuccessful attempts to snake it out myself. Got his tools, went to work, cleaned the sink drain, put the under sink plumbing back together and tested everything.

I called the evening before and left a message with their answering service about my disposal not running. Both Mario and the dispatcher called me the next morning to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. He was early and the entire job was taken care of in less than 24 hours. I was very happy.

Very prompt and professional. Within 10 minutes he cleared the kitchen sink clog that we had tried to clear for a week. Would recommend their service.

My complaint is that I called on Saturday and the plumber called me and said he would be at my house at 2:00pm. He never showed up and when I called to reschedule, I got no explanation,excuse or an apology. The person who finally came on Wednesday was prompt and professional, but I still think the initial contact on Saturday was rude and unprofessional.

Jayson was on time the second day. No one showed up for the scheduled appt. the first day. They were very apologetic and since it wasn't an emergency I was OK about it. He checked the crawl space for any drainage. He replaced a part in one toilet and it worked immediately.

Jayson showed up early. He seemed competent, but worked at a slower than expected pace. The work was reasonably priced and he did uncover part of the problem, however it wasn't all of the problem which we discovered a short time later. Another 4 feet or so away from that broken pipe was another area where the pipe had separated due to tree roots.

They were very quick (came less than 3 hours after I called them), prompt, polite, efficient and effective. My only complaint is that they could have cleaned-up more before they left.
