Exceptional customer service from the time I called them to when the plumber finished the job. I will definitely use this company again. They even gave me a free strainer that fits perfectly in my bathtub drain. Fast, quality work and great customer service.

After receiving an exorbitant quote from DeTemple for a few service items, we were relieved to receive a much more reasonable estimate from ProDrain. We scheduled one of the items and the work was done in a timely manner. The repair man (one of the two who came out) also gave me advice on how to do the other repairs by myself. If I am unable to finish the other work, I look forward to having them out again.

Overall a fantastic experience. Jim was extremely courteous, professional and quick. We had standing water in both bathrooms, sinks and shower, Jim ran the snake through two vents and quickly alleviated the problem. We were originally told that it would be over time, but he got there early and did the job for $54. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was how quick it was. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mario arrived on time, and took care of the problem in a professional manner.

These folks are the best. Everyone I talked to was very nice. The work was done quickly and it was half the price of the other guys. When the part wasnt quite to my liking, they researched the right part and came back to finish the job perfectly, no additional charge. Outstanding.

Their bid was the lowest of five. Work was scheduled and completed on Monday, of the week following my go-ahead. The same men did the job who had made the estimate. Very accomodating and polite. Explained what was going on. They sub the drilling, which was very efficiently done with minimum disruption. Left a bit of trash in the crawl space, but otherwise good clean-up.

Based on the large number of positive reports for ProDrain on Angie's list, I selected them to clear a slow drain. My original call was promptly returned, an appointment was made and "Jim" arrived on time as promised and took care of my problem quickly at a very reasonable price. I'm another happy satisfied customer of ProDrain and can heartily recommend them.

Adam was fast, accurate, and cleaned up well. The window for my appointment was 11am to 1pm; Adam arrived at 11:25am and was done by 11:40am. Because he was able to clear the single pipe connecting both sinks with the upstairs sink, he only charged us for clearing one sink. Great work!

The drain had been clogged for several days, draining slowly, and the drain-cleaning enzyme I tried did nothing. So, I was determined to make a phone call before the end of the business day. However, by the time I'd read the Angie's List reviews, it was 5:07 PM. I got the company's answering service. I had to spend about 3 minutes on hold, after I spoke with the woman but she apologized for the inconvenience, took my name & number & paged one of their plumbers. He called me about 30 minutes later. It turned out he was working another job in my neighborhood, quoted me a price over the phone ($20 of it was for working overtime, so it would be even cheaper during the day), and said he'd get to my house by 6:30. Mario actually arrived at 6:10 and had the washcloth out within 10 minutes. The job cost less than half, as much as the last time I had to have someone remove a baby washcloth. Also, the previous plumbers tried to sell me a warranty that I didn't need and Mario just did the job.

Another company in town told me the vent pipe must be clogged because after they jetted it, the problem was not resolved. I spent $120.00 on the jet from the other company with no results. I then called Prodrain and they came out the next day and used the snake, and it was like new again. They gave excellent workmanship, excellent customer service, and an excellent price! I will use them for all future business.

Workman was courteous and prompt. When I called they had someone here in a little over an hour.

I called and had polite telephone service, scheduled an appointment for a couple weeks away for my convenience. They kept the appointment without a reminder, and were just about 10 minutes late for first appointment of the AM. The rep (Tyler?) listened to my explanation of the problem and pretty quickly had a good idea what to do. In 20 min. he had it fixed for substantially less than I feared it would cost. He roto-rootered out an obstruction underground between two of our roof downspouts. I was pleased, thought they did a good job, seemed honest and didnt take me for a ride!

Arrived early, got to work right away, excellent service. Finished the job in a short amount of time and was pleasant to deal with.

Cleared bathtub clog w/air pressure. (My attempts with plunger and then, reluctantly, with chemical treatment had not been successful.) I called on a holiday and reached answering service. Company representative called back within 10 minutes. Since it was not an emergency, I elected not to pay holiday rates (double) but scheduled service for next morning. Technician arrived exactly at scheduled time (no "window"), cleared the clog, cleaned tub afterwards, in and out in 15 minutes. Friendly, fast service.

Gave me a rough estimate over the phone, unlike most that say they have to come over and check the situation. Others want a truck charge, even if they don't do the work. Very pleased, will keep using Angie's list, as Pro Drain was number one on their list, and number one on my list.

Tim arrived right on time. He cleared our main house drain line to the street. All worked fine once he was finished. The dispatcher was very pleasant and professional also.

They were on time. VERY NICE and flexible and easy to get in touch with.

They were prompt, friendly and well priced. The representative went the extra mile and lifted a couple of large water filled pots when he was done to pour them in the sink for me. I was VERY appreciative since I'm pregnant and would have had difficulty doing this myself.

Mario was on time, very pleasant to work with and was careful not to make a mess. He efficiently cleared the drain. It was a stubborn blockage and required two tries. The $54 charged seemed very reasonable to me.

The dispatcher called me right back to set up the appointment. My mother is 84 and we needed to be able to move her into her new place right away. They were able to schedule a time within a week, were on time and fixed everything for much less than I thought it would be.

Prompt, courteous, and offered helpful advice.

The scheduler at Pro Drain said they were all booked for the day but for slightly more money, could send someone between 5 and 7 pm. Jim, the plumber, arrived at around 6 pm. He was very friendly, polite, neat, and tidy, and did the job quickly and effectively.
