We called on a Friday morning, and were told someone would be at the house between 3:30 and 5. When we hadnt heard by 4:30, we called again and discovered our order hadnt been dispatched. The dispatcher was VERY apologetic, and had Andrew come first thing Monday morning.

They were able to come when I needed them. They were on time, friendly, & courteous. The worker was there for 2-1/2 hours to fix the drain and only charged the original estimated $54. I definitely will use them again.

Awesome! They were scheduled between 8-10am. Andrew arrived sharply at 8. He began on the first drain and spent about an hour trying to unclog to it to his satisfaction. He then spent about 15 minutes on the second drain. He was baffled by the first and felt it was not cleared as well as it could be and chose not to charge me for it. It was significantly better than it was, but he was not satisfied. Like I said at the start...Awesome!

Excellent service, very reasonable price, no charge to come back and resolve the problem. Jim arrived well within the window of time on both occasions, was quite friendly, and handled what I would consider a curve ball drain problem very well (no one expected a piece of clothing to show up so far down the drain line). Other than not getting a call back the next morning after I reported a recurrence of the problem, I would say these guys are perfect.

The toilet broke on a Friday. I called but they were booked for that day. They offered to come that evening or Saturday, but told me there would be an after-hours fee. I found the same was true of other plumbers I called, but their fees were even higher. We opted to wait. Mario came Monday, was very professional and prompt, and replaced the flapper and line behind the toilet for no extra charge in addition to doing the required work. Im glad to have their number in my file!

I don't know why I did not think of sticking the garden hose in the rain gutters and running water to see if it ran out the storm drain properly. I would recommend Pro Drain to anyone having plumbing or drain issues. They arrived within the two hour window of when they were supposed to arrive. They did let us know they had an emergency apartment flooding issue that would delay their arrival.

We were very pleased with ProDrain. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. To our surprise, she said they had someone in our area that very day and could come by in the afternoon. We were delighted to have the work done so promptly, as we were having regular basement flooding issues due to the clogged downspout. The man who did the work came on time, was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain exactly what the problems were with our downspout and sink drain, and what he was doing to solve them. In a single day, these two problems that had been bugging us for months were solved! We will definitely use them again for future plumbing and drainage issues.

Very nice and quick. Andrew was very professional, nicely dressed and took care of the problem efficiently. He even called if he could come over early! He was in an out of my house in about 15 minutes. It was great!

Ironically after using a chemical for the maintenance of clean plumbing pipes, I found that the chemical had dislodged a clump that was creating a deep and dense clog that was not letting my washing machine water drain. This was bad timing, as I am having a home inspection tomorrow, the day before Thanksgiving. I was afraid that I would not be able to get quick service without paying 'emergency' prices and resigned myself to the possibility of a wait of many days. I was pleasantly surprised by the personable secretary who answered the phone, asked the nature of my problem, and determined that a representative of the company could be to my house in about 2 hours. In less than an hour, Andrew arrived, made sure the clog was cleared before cleaning up any splatters from his work, accepted a check for $54.00, and all was repaired only a little over an hour from my initial phone call. I was very happy with the outcome and feel confident the upcoming home inspection will go very well.

I first had a basement drain that had been backing up from my washing machine and adjoining tubs for several years--not badly at first, but increasingly worse. Pro Drain rooted about 28 feet into the drain and removed a bunch of yucky stuff. At first, it drained well, but within 2 weeks, it was backing up again each time I did a washing. So they returned, and rooted farther the second time, bringing up more yucky stuff. I requested that they also root the basement shower drain. They only charged me $54 for the shower drain since they had previously done the first drain just a short time ago. Both technicians were polite, speedy, knowledgeable, and professional. They did not leave any mess. Pro Drain's fees are 1/3 of Roto Rooter. This is an excellent company, I will recommend them to all my friends.

We were very satisfied with the work. Mr. Lanson was knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough, and very professional. We appreciated his willingness to answer questions and explain his clean-out process.

I called on Sunday, which is their day off. Received a call back around 8:30am on Monday morning and plumber was to house by 9 AM. Andrew was friendly and professional and worked efficiently. He also made sure to clean up afterwards.

I called 5 different times to schedule a sewer latteral repair. They were always very polite and would get right on it, especially when I said I'd called before. Greg will get back to you. He never did, 5 times. Won't use them.

Overall experience went extremely well from call to completed work. Call was received cautiously and I was able to get a clear and accurate price. Plumber arrived on time within the 2-hour window provided by the dispatcher, was very considerate and neat and did the work quickly and efficiently. Overall, an excellent experience. Strongly recommended!

I called Pro Drain on Tuesday afternoon and was given an appointment the next day (they had same day available, but I was not free). They gave me a window of 4-6pm and Jim was at my house at 3:50 when I got home. He looked at the problem, brought his equipment in and within 15 minutes was finished. He was courteous, friendly, professional and fast. This is the 3rd time I have had Pro Drain help me with clogs (none on the same pipe). I recommend them highly, I wouldn't call anyone else. Thanks Pro Drain!!

He was terrific! He covered his shoes and took care of everything while he was in the house. I had been trying to deal the problem myself, and the plumbers were going to be so expensive. I was glad to find someone to do the job for a good rate.

Our basement was periodically getting swamped when large amounts of water was drained (bathtub, washing machine, etc.). Andrew arrived on time, fixed the problem after asking me a few questions and cleared the line. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. He then tested the system to make sure the problem was solved (it was.)

Very responsive, returned my call within a few hours. Scheduled the work for the next day. Was on time, very polite and professional. Completed the work and advised me on what to do to minimize the chances of having the drain back up again. THOROUGHLY cleaned up after himself, even mopping the floor around the drain. I would use again and highly recommend.

Mario came out within 24 hours and investigated. It turns out that a previous plumber (hired by our contractor for our kitchen renovation)left his pressure test plug in the piping. Mario removed the plug, placed a temporary cap over the opening and advised us on what to buy at the hardware store. A good experience overall with Prodrain.

The ProDrain technician arrived about a half hour late. He was polite, worked quickly and thoroughly, and had completed the job in approximately 45 minutes. We have not had a problem with our drains since.

ProDrain scores high for a reason. They do good work, have good customer service and good prices. I called them in the morning and George was at my house that afternoon. He was polite and went about his work. No mess. He was done in less than 30 minutes.

Pro Drain is a really good company to work with. They have good prices and overall they get the job done right.
