We're not bothering to snake our own drains anymore!

They were really good since they did my job. Their price was reasonable. They charged me $3000 for six hours of work, but the work involved a lot of liabilities. I felt that their price was fair. I went to their office, but it was ordinary. I liked the fact that the owner came here to take a look at the problem. He told me one thing like every other drain service company that he couldn’t estimate the work. He told me that there might be more work required from my sidewalk to the street since it might have problems. I asked him to show me if there would be problems or if there wouldn’t be any problems. I told him that it would make me very uncomfortable if they suddenly tell me that there would be more work to be done. I told him that it would be good if he could do that. He then showed me everything and told me that there were no problems between my sidewalk and the street. He told me that I wouldn’t have any further work. They answered the questions I asked them after they finished the job. I then went to their office to show the pictures of my house and explained to them the problems. The lady understood the problems and explained to me in detail and said that I didn’t have to worry about it. I wanted to know about the second problem I had which was related to some other area of the drainage. She told me that it was a weather problem. They don’t have a fancy office and they don’t have an advertisement online where they have to pay $2000 for it. Their pricing could have been cheaper, but I can’t complain. The quality of their work was very good.

My kitchen sink was clogged and I called this company at noon on a Saturday and Mario arrived before 2 PM. He was efficient, fast and thorough and I really appreciated his prompt arrival which was supposed to be between 2 and 4. He pointed out a repair that may be needed in the future and made note of it in his file for future use. I was really pleased with this service and will absolutely use Pro Drain in the future.

We called Monday morning and he came the following morning as scheduled.

Two young men showed up with a backhoe on a Wednesday and started digging up the old sewer line. They left us with partial use of the sewer line for as long as they could. By the time they left on the first day, the line was back in operation and properly sloped. They were back the next morning and brought a second load of gravel to use to further embed the line for stability. As they moved the dirt back into place, they used the backhoe to pack down the dirt and left a slight mounding to allow for any further settling. Before they left on Thursday, they had cleaned up the work site. Both young men kept us informed of the progress and what was being done. We feel that overall they did an outstanding job and we would recommend them to anyone needing similar work.

I called to schedule with the office, they told me that the plumber would be out on a certain day between noon and 2pm. At 11:30am on the day of service I received a call from Dave the plumber, he showed up at noon. He assessed my needs and left to get materials that he didn't have (I initially told them I needed a pressure regulator, Dave correctly noted that I needed a new shower valve and pipes replaced). He returned and finished the job promptly, and didn't charge me for the extra trip.

I need to have a new one set up. I was not surprised. They helped me think of ways to tide me over until I get a more permanent solution solved. I had one other person come out to locate and he told me he could tell pretty much where everything was. He told me he didn't need to put a camera down when he would have to charge me for it. I liked their helpfulness.

ProDrain worked to understand the design of the piping and methodically cleaned and cleared years of debris from our underground system. All pipes were running clear for the first time when they finished. They explained the layout to me so I can troubleshoot future problems.

This company is outstanding. Within two hours after my call Shane arrived at my home and within less than than an hour had resolved the problem. He was excellent at explaining the cause as well as showing me the part that was part of the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company in the future as well as recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Work even cost less then the original estimate.

Overall a very reasonable and professional service job.

The work on the sewer pipes went very well. They were very friendly (I ask a lot of questions), had good explanations of what was to happen and their quote was the best of 4 competing quotes. The only complaint (minor) I have is that the work was put off one week which caused the work to occur when we had overnight guests and we couldn't use our front door because of the excavation. And the second complaint was that the rain drain pipe wasn't buried initially, but when I called them back, they did complete that for no extra cost about 10 days later. That was just a misunderstanding.

We had an obvious leak in the water pipe between the meter and the house. The leak was also obviously close to the meter. We called Pro-Drain and they were there the next day on a Thursday. He had to do two fixes on the line (two trips to get parts). It fixed the problem, and he was very quick. I'm pretty sure he just either replaced part of the PVC or repaired it somehow. Anyway it's been 1 month and no problems.

Called Monday am - Jason was able to get out early that afternoon. Prior to coming I discussed over the phone with him what type of water heater I wanted. He called from his supplier to let me know what models and features were available. He arrived promptly or a bit before the scheduled time - he began work immediately and quickly removed the old heater and replaced it with a new one. Over the course of the following few days I noticed a faint smell of gas when the heater was heating - As soon as I called Pro Drain Jason returned and checked things out - eventually finding a small junction leak at a factory fitting which he repaired. Since then the heater has performed without problem.

Had tried twice to clear the food blockage myself over the weekend, but it was too far down the pipe for my snake to clear the turn in the pipe. Gave up trying, and then called several services the following Monday. I selected ProDrain as they gave me a reasonable quote, had good service reports and were very close to me. Although not an emergency, I was treated kindly over the phone and was promptly scheduled, which I greatly appreciated. The technician showed up early within the designated 2 hour window and promptly started to work on the sink. It was a tough clog, but after about a half hour of work with the motorized snake, it amazingly gurgled and then cleared. (He was considering another try when it cleared.) The technician was a very nice, courteous young man (which I have forgotten his name - so sorry!) who was conscious of keeping the area clean during and after his work. The bill was a little less than the quote given over the phone. Thank you for such great service!

Mario w/ ProDrain was right on time for and 8am appt. He was extremely polite and professional from start to finish and had my shower drain unclogged in a matter of minutes. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and the quality of the work. I will definitely use them agian in the future.

Pro Drain found a problem with the drain system and then figureds out how to fix it. Then they repaired it correctly. I am pleased withy their work and would reccomend them.

Mario, as in the past two times here, did an excellent job. He picked up the new toilets at the store and then removed the old ones which he replaced for me. He works quietly, quickly and very efficiently, and leaves everything clean and neat. He had recommended the type of toilet, I am delighted with the performance, and expect no further problems with them. Without a doubt, if I need any further plumbing help, I would call ProDrain and ask for Mario. I wish all service companies would be as outstanding as this one!

Noticed a leak in the water main on a Friday evening, since the leak was not too bad, we waited until Saturday to call. They came out as scheduled and made sure that we knew the Saturday rate was more than the weekly rate, giving us the opportunity to wait until Monday if we preferred. We decided to go ahead and have the work done, and they went right to work. They even let my husband help dig to save us time and money. The service rep had a pretty good idea where the leak was happening and found it in a relatively short amount of time. After patching the pipe, the rep left, and after a period of time my husband turned on the water and the patched pipe burst off, with water flooding everywhere. We immediately called Pro Drain and they were able to turn the rep around and he was back at our house within a few mins. He re-patched the pipe and this time we waited longer before trying to turn on the water again. No issues after that.

We are very happy with the people from ProDrain. Everyone is professional and friendly. Their prices are reasonable and they make a real effort to work with your situation. We will definitely hire them again when we are ready to take care of our remaining plumbing needs.

It went just great! The rep called before he came, showed up on time, was swift and timely. I gave the company a B on responsiveness just because it took four days from my initial call for them to come out (they did schedule it that first day -- just couldn't make room in their schedule until the next week). Absolutely professional in every way and I'll certainly use them again in the future.

Jason from ProDrain came (on-time) and listened to my issue. He did a cursory check of the smell and right off identified it as a dead animal (not sewer/drain leak). As result, he did not charge for the visit and asked if there was any other service he could provide. I had no problem paying for the visit but he said it was a close drive and was no issue as he was only here for 10 mins.

Called this morning and they had me on the books for lunchtime. Shane showed up at the beginning of the scheduled 2 hour window and was kind, professional, and quick to assess and complete the job and clean up after himself. Will Definitely be using Pro Drain for our next plumbing problem - at just $74 it's worth not wasting my own time on it!

Overall it went great. Would not think twice about hiring them again and to recommend them with a full endorsement.

We had a pretty good leak happening but no idea where it was coming from. When Jason arrived it took him about 10 minutes to find the problem. A massively broken pipe in our crawl space! He informed me that he would need more time to fix it. He himself rescheduled an appointment for the following monday (since the pipe was the dishwasher drain, we were able to wait), I didn't have to call anyone or do anything! He returned promptly on monday and the pipe was relaced and fully operational in about 3 hours. I was most impressed when I asked him if he saw any other potential problems or faulty plumbing as this is a very old, very neglected house that we are trying to flip... he was a very good listener and I felt he understood our intentions for this house. He also sent me and proposal for msc other work such as the washing machine drain, bathroom plumbing and other issues we are facing.

Absolutely the best and very professional. Their website was great, the information was accurate, and scheduling was quick and easy. The repair person showed up exactly on the minute, wore booties and had our toilet draining and working in less then ten minutes. He was also able to get the shower drain cover off that had been grouted in place (without damage) and cleaned out the hair in our shower drain. Shane was great - friendly, punctual and professional. We got the same day service as my call and fixed two issues we had been trying to fix ourselves for weeks. I would use them again in a heart beat!
