It went well. They came right out and performed the service and showed me some things I could do myself to keep things moving in the drains.

My experience with them was positive. They came out quickly. He found out that his snake he will use to unclog our drain is broken. So he was able to flush the drain to get me by that day and came back the next day and fixed it. He was fast, friendly and the price was right.

Had a previous service company clean one of the drains and their hydro-flush tech said the drain line was broken. So I had another drain line installed. I have been getting poor flow through the drains and wanted to see what the problem was. Had both drains power snaked (hydro-flush is no longer recommended for drains under 3"). Service tech said there was no break in the original line and most likely the previous hydro-flush technician had run into a 45 degree bend and had misinterpreted what the issue was. The power snake technician cleaned all the way to the main sewer line on both lines. I now have no more drain issues. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the service technician "Shane".

When Andy checked the pipe, he determined that it wasn't broken at all. It just needed a little glue to hold it securely in the drain pipe. He used the diagnostic scope to make sure there were no other drainage problems, and then only charged me for an hour of labor. Andy was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

They are absolutely terrific. I have used them five times over the last few years. I would continue to use them.

Chose company because of all the positive reviews. Kitchen drain in my rental home was clogged. Called the company and they were able to provide service within 15 minutes as they had a man in the area. The technician was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining what he was doing. The drain took only a short time to clean out. There was no mess to clean up. Everything from start to finish was done very professionally. Will definitely use this company again for any plumbing problems.

The plumber (Travis) arrived on time and did a great job. Kept us posted on everything he did and the reasons behind it. Also showed us how to shut off the main valve at the front of the house. Were here within 2 hours of call, and cleared my floor drains quickly. Recommended processes to make sure drains stay clean. Fast, friendly and professional - will use again.

I had a clogged floor drain called one company.They came out cleaned out drain two weeks later backed up again.They came out to redo job. they could not clear drain and was told to get someone else. By now I had water in basement. They thought drain may have collapsed and they did not have equipment to do the work and to get someone else. So I called prodrain It was already later in the day shedule was full but would send someone anyway. The guy showed up and first tried to snake the drain but had same problem as first company but he was not so sure the drain was broken just didnt feel like it .So he wanted to try hydro 50/50 chance it would work but we would know for sure. Well his instinct was correct all that was wrong was sludge had built up and was washed out to street sewer line .He did not think line was broken but should get a camera to make sure which I did the next day and was told the main line was fine and very clean. I forgot his name but thank you very much your company said you were very good and they are right and all this was done on overtime between 5 and 7 and the cost was still cheaper than the other company and without problems. Pro drain should be grateful to have such good employees. I have used prodrain on another place and had the same results and will continue to use them again Thankyou.

Showed up on time, and did only the work we asked them to do.

I had a bathroom sink trap and drain that were slowly leaking. I've run into this in the past at previous residences and haven't had a problem performing these sorts of repairs myself. In this particular case, part of the leak came from where the drain connected to the wall. That was beyond my meager plumbing ability, so decided to call in professionals. ProDrain was able to quickly show up and fix the situation. They had the parts on-hand and the know-how and were able to show me corroded parts and connections. Everything went well and I feel I don't have to worry about this sink again for a long, long time.

We've used Pro Drain at least 4 times during the last couple years for different reasons. The most recent event happened when we had a pipe leak and water accumulate in the ceiling between a bathroom and toilet. They came out, repaired the leak, replaced the toilet at my request, and were done in about an hour. They always exhibit good customer service and seem very knowledgable and competent. I had the work done on a weekend which cost more, but I feel the prices are very competitive and I trust their work.

So far the drain is draining well. What happens over the next year will be a better judge of how well it worked.

ProDrain is a very professional company quick to respond and solve the issue. They came out the same day I called and crawled into our crawlspace and found a leak in the cast iron pipe in a very difficult to get to spot. They gave us an estimate for repair and we scheduled the date and time to fit our schedules. They were on time and did the repair in the time frame they estimated the job to take and really cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would highly recommend Prodrain for the job!

He investigated what we thought was a sewage back up and turned out to be a result of high winds. The sewage did not actually back up. He fixed the flush on the toilet and explained in detail what was happening, and how to handle in the future. He was prompt, cheerful and responsible..

They were able to schedule on exactly the day and time we wanted. They were on time, and completed their job very quickly. They replaced the faucet with a faucet we had, and they repaired the copper pipe which was leaking. The individual they sent out was polite, and professional.

Pro Drain responded very promply and gave me an accurate picture of what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix it.

This took two visits, with a minimum house call charge for each (not enough to qualify for Angie's list coupon). The faucet was installed quickly, looks and works good. The noise in the pipes was not so simple, after running some diagnostics on first visit, the plumber took the problem back to the shop to discuss with others. He returned about 2 weeks later and changed out a part in the hose bib, which substantially reduced the volume of noise, but did not completely stop it. Communications were excellent, reminder calls and follow-up calls were timely and clear.

Sewer main clog under house. Toilet would flush into tub. Never happened before, Disgusting! Looked up plumbers on Angie's List. Quickly zero'd in on ProDrain and Rooter. Called ProDrain and Rooter around noon and they scheduled a two hour window for the plumber to arrive. Mario showed up promptly, did the work quickly, and was extremely professional and responsive. Highly recommend and the repair cost was very reasonable.

Employee was on time and courteous, cleaned drain in about 10-15 minutes, provided recommendation on how to avoid recurrence of the clogged bathtub drain, also helped with a small side request to look at a faucet aerator, cleaned it out in a couple minutes. Will use the company again.

I had a small job that needed immediate turn around. Pro drain was able to schedule one of their professionals to complete the job. He was fast and thorough.

I called ProDrain on Friday and Aimee was able to schedule our work for Monday morning. Since we are in the rainy season I really appreciated the ability to have the work scheduled promptly. I've had no experience with this type of work so Aimee was able to explain what I might expect depending upon what they found when they started the work. Our technician, Dishawn, arrived on time and got right to work. He listened to the information that the gutter technician had given me regarding what he found when cleaning the downspouts and used this information to determine the best approach. It was not a simple blockage and Dishawn checked in with me when he determined that getting the drain completely cleared would require use of the hydrojet. I appreciated that he ensured that the farthest drain was running clear water before he determined that the job was done. He did a tremendous amount of work and it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. The price was very fair. I am so glad to know that this company is here to help us if we need it again.
