They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Work hard and fast and go the first drain open quickly. The second drain line was much longer and more difficult and we ended up running the snake out the entire distance (75 ft) and didn't get it fully unclogged but it was good enough. The employee gave me the next steps if we wanted them to come back out to scope the line.

We had done some research on hooking up the plumbing for Ikea sinks. I'm not sure if the plumber had ever hooked up Ikea sinks before. The job didn't look as tidy as other hookups I've seen. The job took 2 hrs. which we had figured based on our research and calls to other plumbers would take about 1.5 hrs, even with necessary adjustments to the existing plumbing set up, which was the case with us. We're semi-o.k. with the fact that it took 2 hrs instead. But the way ProDrain bills ends up making it more like a 3 hr. job with a bill of $312.50. Plumbers tend to charge anywhere between $85-$120 depending on the outfit. This makes their motto of "We clean out your drain, not your wallet" N.A. to their business. I'm certain we could have gone with a different reputable plumber in the area and ended up with a $200 bill instead.

The rep arrived within the window provided and was professional, courteous, and informative. He described the type of pipes we had leading from the house to the street as we watched on the screen, described typical issues we might run into, and gave us details on the condition of our drain overall.

It went excellent! We had re-pipe estimates of upwards to $4000.00, all of them stating we had to get re-piped in order to improve water pressure. Jeff came in and just flushed our lines out, giving us instantly improved water pressure! He saved us so much money! Over a month later, still working wonderfully. He removed our old toilets and took them away, and left everything in clean condition. We will now be calling Pro Drain and requesting Jeff for all our plumbing needs. Thank you Pro Drain and thank you Jeff! He came clear across town in horrible traffic, and the fact he made it on time was amazing...especially in Portland rush hour traffic. But we definitely appreciate the wonderful service!

We had a break over a weekend and they sent out a technician withing 24 hours. He was prompt and courteous, did the repair. We knew we were going to have to replace the water main, so he arranged for an estimate to replace it and agreed that we would not pay for the repair until we decided if we would use Pro Drain to do the replacement. We got other bids an Pro Drain was very competitive. They showed up on time and made the full replacement quick and painless. They were even able to lower the cost, after the work was done, since they did not need to remove some pavement and replace it. A few weeks after the replacement, I thought there might be a leak. They were very responsive and sent the same person that did the replacement. He dug up the location, inspected the pipe to ensure there was no leak (there was not). They did not charge me for this work. I will definitely use Pro Drain again for any plumbing work I need done.

I called about two hours ago and he was here within an hour. He was very professional, cleaned up the mess the snaking made, and was very careful about not letting our cats out. We were very happy.

Showed up promptly at the beginning of the promised time window. Had our stubbornly clogged tub drain cleared in minutes. Both the plumber and dispatcher were friendly and professional. Plumber was also kind enough to answer a plumbing question unrelated to the clog for me. This is my second experience with them and you can't beat the service out price!

It took them two days as they said it would and they were in and out. There is no easy access to my back yard because it's all elevated, so they had to haul those stones. They used a backhoe to get them up to the upper level and then they had to wheelbarrow every single load all the way to the back.

ProDrain was great. I called about a floor drain has been backing up for months whenever we do laundry. They had someone in my neighborhood, so I left work a little early and met them. I literally had a clean drain within an hour. The plumber was quick, friendly and did great work. I should've called months ago. I'd definitely use ProDrain again.

Very Well. Installers were professional, timely, and paid attention to detail. Installers were prompt in cleaing up after job was finished.

Our main drainage was clogged. We couldn't flush any toilets or use the washing machine. We didn't notice the problem until Friday night. We called two different plumbers off of Angie's List. Dan, from ProDrain and Rooter Service, called back to schedule an appointment. Since it was after hours, we expected to pay a larger emergency fee. We planned on him coming that night, but he convinced us to wait to morning in order to save money. Since we waited until morning, we only had to pay $25.00 over the normal price of $102.00. Dan was prompt, quick, and courteous and because of his professionalism, along with the company's reasonable cost, makes it easy to recommend this company to others.

I think it was like $100 to $125 and that was because it was an emergency situation. He arrived 30 minutes and he told me he would because he was at another place after I called so I didn't have to wait that longer. It was dark by the time he got but no problem. He brought everything he needed, the lights and all and he fixed the problem. And that was the main thing. I was panicky and he solved the problem. One thing that stood out will be assurance because as I said I was panicky and I didn't know what was going on and he calmed it right. He said, "I'll take care of it". And, he did.

It went fine. They were able to do the services within the same week I called. I continue to call them with my plumbing needs

The work was done in July of 2013. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact cost. I recall being incredibly impressed by their work ethic. They were prompt and determined to get the job done within the time frame we needed it and their promise to finish it.

The technician verified, to my relief, that roots had not invaded my gutter/downspouts underground drain pipe. However, pine cones were clogging it (my house is surrounded by evergreens). The tech cleared out the cones, needles, and other debris and then recommended an inexpensive way to prevent the clogging in the future: downspout strainers, available at Lowe's or Home Depot, which cost about $2.50 each and are easily installed at the opening of each downspout where the downspout attaches to the gutter. The tech charged the minimum quoted, even though he spent more than the minimum amount of time to be sure the snake job and flushing were thoroughly completed. ( I was available to assist in the flushing procedure, cutting down on the tech's time.)

He was fast and very nice. Showed me what exactly the problem was. Fixed it in about 1/2 hour.

My call was an emergency call; the sink was overflowing with filthy soot from the roof into my business. The ProDrain tech gave me priority over his other calls (he did contact the other party to be sure it was okay to delay their call), and was very efficient at stopping the overflow. I have used this service in my home as well as my business, and have always found the tech to be pleasant and helpful, and the prices fair.
