The team work together well and the team were very easy to work with. They did what I needed done to the trees and they did exactly what I asked. I would recommend them to anyone who needs trees trimmed. After the work was done they cleaned up everything. Great people to work with. Thank again

We had some lack of communication with Monkey Tree. Once they came out to the house, they did a good job. We hired them because they were the cheapest. Due to our tree situation, we will probably hire them again.

Hired this company to remove a tree, and they did not show up at the scheduled time nor did they answer any phone calls or emails afterwards to reschedule. UPDATE October 24th Monkey Tree Service contacted us and apologized for missing our job. They made things right and came and removed our tree in a prompt and professional manner. If we ever need additional tree services done we will contact these folk again without hesitation.

I originally called for trimming. Eric said we need some trimming. But we waited and a 60’ tree fell. We called several services but Eric was the first responder with the best quote. They came with a crew trimmed 4 trees and cut down 5 trees in a day leaving only the 12” thick rounds as I asked. All while I was in Hawaii. Nice polite guys too.

I needed to have a large Deodar Cedar that was leaning toward my house removed from my backyard. For access, a section of my fence had to be removed. Erik and his crew removed the tree, ground out the stump, replaced the fence and cleaned up in a remarkably short amount of time. The work was done in a very professional manor, and I consider the price charged to be very reasonable. If I decide to remove another tree, I will definitely use this company again.

When they showed up and did some of the work they were competent, efficient, and cleaned up. But the communication is terrible. They were 15 minutes late for the estimate appointment and did not acknowledge or apologize. When they showed up to do the work they told me their grinder was broken but the stump removal was the main reason Id hired them. Over a week later I emailed them to find out when they would finish the job and the response was We are having mechanical issues.? They did not offer any kind of time frame for when the mechanical issues will be fixed. I have to find someone else to do the work now.

I needed some trees taken down and stumps removed. They came onsite, did the work quickly, and with quality. There were a couple items that were tricky for them not to damage while taking down the tree, but they did a masterful job. Still can't believe they got it done so fast!

They did exactly what I wanted them to do and cleaned up afterwards. They were working from the time they got here until they left. They were courteous and checked with me to make sure they got everything before they left.

They did an excellent job. They were courteous and efficient. It was frustrating waiting for them to show up several hours after they had scheduled.

They did exactly as promised. Worked through difficult situations, did 5 trees with cleanup in 1 day. Good stuff would certainly hire again.

I had really high hopes for them they were really nice. When my roof got damaged they said will fix it the next day. It is now 2 weeks and no one will return calls, texts or emails. They said they are really busy. I hope my roof gets fixed.

The Monkey Tree Service team did a great job trimming/pruning some very large rhododendrons. Everyone we met was very nice too. There was a communication breakdown with a missed original appointment date, but it was quickly rescheduled. Would recommend.

Monkey Tree Service was very easy to work with. They fit us into their schedule and did the job fast and efficiently. My wife and I are very happy with the results.
