Great work, reasonable cost, excellent communications -- AV and team definitely met my expectations. Work included removing a large Douglas fir tree located close to my neighbor. They demonstrated respect and consideration for my neighbor as well. I highly recommend Evergreen Landscape.

Clean up very good, fast, efficient and friendly

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Took down three large fir trees in a day's time, which required a crane. Crew worked throughout the day, were well organized, and hard-working. They cleaned up the area and cul-de-sac as work progressed and finished cleaning up once finished. At the end of the day, you would never know they were there. They used a high-tech drone to ensure everything went smoothly and according to plan. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give Evergreen a 15. They are the best!

Awesome job! Trees were trimmed as we had discussed, and they did a great job of cleaning up, and leaving behind the cut up trunks for use as fire wood. I couldn't be happier with their work, and hope to hire them again!

The price was 30% less than another quote I received. They went above and beyond by amending the soil that was turned to mud using large machinery during the wall construction. They also replaced the river rock for the same machinery reasons.

Evergreen installed a retaining wall for us and leveled out our back yard. They also installed a French drain and filled in with river rock. I cannot say enough good things about the hard working crew and the fantastic job they did! Nick and Anival helped us choose a less expensive stone than what we had on an existing wall. They tied it in with what we had and it looks great! They did such a wonderful job that we plan to have them return to seed our lawn in the spring when the weather improves. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

We had Evergreen replace about 235 linear feet of wood fencing around our property. The crew was on time, friendly, and did an amazing job! Pricing was good, customer service was top notch and end result exceeded our expectations. We had them remove old fencing, install its replacement, extend the fence line, and add decorative details. The quality of construction and attention to detail far exceeded some work we had done by another company about four years ago. We plan to re-prioritize the remainder of our yard renovation over some 'inside the house' projects so we can use Evergreen again. Pros: -Customer Service -Quality -Cost Cons: -They're busy! Evergreen came out and repaired our underground irrigation system by cutting out a large tree root that had broken one of the irrigation pipes and then repairing the pipe. They did a great job.

Anival and Nicholas are the key to making this company run. From the first meeting to talk about what I was needing to the end of seeing my project completed these guys showed concern to answer my questions and show me photos of what my options were. They delivered what I asked for And my neighbors are all very happy with our shared fence. I love the charming arched gate that I asked for and I think it may be time to update the older gate now! We also had a tree removed and this was completed with a big discount because we did the fence job at the same time. The change is remarkable Looking forward to the next project with Evergreen Landscape!

I hired Evergreen Landscape Care and Tree Services to finish a stone walkway and add a low garden retaining wall. I found them on Home Advisor where they advertised themselves as stone masons. When they arrived to work Anival Valencia said to me "You know this contract is only for four days. If the work goes over four days you pay more." I said that wasn't true and had a copy of the contract. I offered they just leave if they won't honor the contract. They said they'd honor the contract. They didn't. They had a copy of the job but didn't follow it. They promised me workers with 10 yr minimum experience with stone walkways and retaining walls but used four people with no experience. Nick Valencia said they had nowhere else to work because they ran out of materials at another job site. Nick did not supervise or train the inexperienced ones. The walls were to be 8 inches wide and between 6 and 12 inches high. I came down to 6 inches width and then 5 inches because he complained about having to search for big enough stones. Still they used 3 and 4 inch wide stones in places. In many places they didn't mortar in between the stones beside each other and most of the workers hardly used mortar between layers of stones. Rather than chip off rough edges of stones, they stuck chips of stone to fill in spaces- most not even mortared in. I could fit my fist in some of the holes they left. They placed stones on top of each other rather than staggering so in many places there were open holes from the top of the wall down to the base. I had told Nick and Anival it was a retaining wall around garden beds and needed to be steppable. It was not. The work order called for back mortaring to brace the wall but they did not do it, except for a few places the good workers completed. Even after giving it three days to set, stones could just be picked off the top off the walls. The wall tumbled over in places if stepped on. Whenever I told Nick he wasn't working to our contract he became belligerent, telling me I wasn't letting them do their job. I told them they could just leave now. I had paid them enough for the work so far completed. Nick said they'd leave if I paid in full. I said I wouldn't pay the contract amount because they hadn't finished the work. Nick threatened to put a lien on my house. Nick and Anival were rude, insulting and arrogant. Their work was grossly inadequate. Their integrity non-existent. I am taking most of their walls down and rebuilding correctly. I don't believe they deserve the opportunity to fix their work because they wouldn't correct it as it was being done. Also, I cannot trust they would fix it, and he used pictures of someone else's work and claimed it as his own. I looked at the site again and he used more than one picture.

I would not hesitate to hire this company again. They are hardworking, dedicated and awesome customer relations. They did an amazing job on our retaining wall, stayed late to get the entire job completed in one day. They were great all the way around.
