 + -1 moreWe needed to replace our old floors in 2 of our bathrooms and looked at a couple of contractors. We decided on Dave's flooring based on the comments we found. Dave was great! We have hired a number of people to do work on our house over the last couple of years and Dave is far and away the best. He was on time, very polite, answering all our questions. He was very reasonably priced. His price was lower than the other estimates we had done on the floors. He is efficient, experienced, and a true craftsman of floor installation. He did an absolutely beautiful job for us and we strongly recommend him. In fact, we are hiring him for some other work on our house in the near future.
Description of Work: We had new tile floor put into 2 of our bathrooms. We did the tear out and the toilets, and bought the tiles and grout. Dave put in the backerboard and the tiles with the grout, sealing it as well. He did some other minor repairs on the sub flooring, and a sliding door that had come off its trolley.

 + -1 moreDave is very honest and professional. He was quick to return calls and set up convenient times to do the work. Some parts were tricky, around a banister and stairs, but not for Dave. The floors look WONDERFUL. We will definitely be calling him again with future work.
Description of Work: Dave leveled an attic floor and installed our previously purchased engineered hardwood floors. He also reinstalled moldings and installed 1/4 round.

 + -1 moreI needed someone last minute to finish about 320sq ft of flooring. Dave made himself available within 24 hours of my request and finished the work ahead of schedule. His price was better than any competitor I'd looked at and his work was professional. I would use him again for any flooring job.

 + -1 moreDave was exceptionally personable and easy to work with. The tile looks great and his work was very well-planned, detailed, clean and efficient. He was very flexible in terms of allowing us to save money by doing as much of the prep work as we were capable of and giving good advice and suggestions. We would definitely work with Dave again given the opportunity.
Description of Work: Dave put tile down on our kitchen floor (approx 60 sq ft) and gave guidance and assistance in other floor work.
