Eric did a great job installing Roof Vent for kitchen Island hood vent, clean up and was fast and made sure all pipe connection were screwed in and metal taped!

The weather was bad when a roof leak started. Other companies scheduled times to come and bid but then backed out due to weather/customer issues. Clear Vision Construction not only showed up but spent 2 hrs in the dark and pouring rain, placing a temporary patch over the leaky area to keep me dry until the new roof could be put onto the house.

Clear Vision said they'd get me on their schedule three weeks out and it would take two days. They called and got us in early, even with all the rain. And then they finshed it in one day! Our leak is gone, our roof is beautiful. Clear Vision was great throughout the whole process.

Estimator (Dewey) was excellent. Understood his business and explained it well. Was prompt in returning my calls and patient in waiting for my decision. The work crew did an excellent job and left my yard clean. The job took 3 days. Owner stopped by after the job to make sure all had been done well and ask if I had any concerns. Price was very good -- low range of 7 estimates. I did not make my decision on price, but on a review of the company online, the quality of the presentation by Dewey, and the GAF shingles. I have already recommended this company to two other potential customers.

Very professional and quality skills on installing the System Plus roofing. The crew took a little longer to finish but the quality of work shows... I received positive comments from my neighborhood walkers. The extra cost [$2,300 over my budget] to install a System Plus roof from ClearVision was money well spent.

They got it on the schedule and done within a week of signing the paperwork. The work crew were good guys and they managed the entire tearoff, replacement sheeting (3 or 4 boards total I think) and new underlayment in one day. In all they got it done in less than 3 days, despite being about a 26 square roof. They did also do a great job cleaning up the site every day. Good communication from the project manager, he called to reschedule the post-work walkthrough when then gutter crew had to wait for materials. I was afraid he would keep the original walkthrough appointment and expect payment before the gutters were finished. I was told the gutters would use a different mounting system than was ultimately employed, but I'm willing to chalk that up to the gutter crew knowing their job better than the sales guy! I was particularly pleased that they got flashing installed properly in all the places it needed to be installed. The old roof had been badly mishandled in that regard. Finally, the lack of high pressure sales or trying to pressure me to take some crummy finance deal was highly appreciated. The price on the roof was comparable to all of the roofers I got bids from that were deemed credible. (Oddly, the high pressure sales folks were anywhere from 30-100% more expensive! Imagine that!) Overall, very pleased with the experience and the work that was done.

I recently contracted with Clear Vision Construction to remove my cedar shake roof and replace it with one of their products. It was a big job. I contacted several roofers to request bids, but met with a variety of delays. After Clear Vision finished the job, I received bids from two companies. When I contacted Clear Vision, they made an appointment and sent a sales person out to my home immediately. The sales person explained all of their products, so I could easily eliminate those that did not interest me. I asked for more information on the two that interested me. Upon signing the contract, I gave them a 20 percent deposit, which I thought was reasonable. They were ready to work before I was ready to have them, so we negotiated a start date that we could both live with. On the morning of the agreed upon date, their crew and equipment appeared in my driveway. They got right to work removing the old roof. They put tarps over my landscaping so debris would not fall on it. The job took eight working days. At times they had as many as ten men working on it. Every day, before leaving the job, they cleaned up the area so it was not strewn with roof particles. They finished the job on time and, because they did not need all of the plywood they had budgeted, brought the job in at considerably less than I expected to pay. I have had many roofs put on and never has a job come in under budget. Before leaving the job, I went over the work with a representative of the company. There were a couple of things that I wanted done before they left. I was not sure that what I requested was their responsibility, but they attended to it anyway, without complaint. I have had many compliments on my new roof. Needless to say, I could not be more satisfied with it.

Installed new roof. The quote was efficiently done and professionally presented. Project manager communicated progress and work plan daily. When bad weather threatened in the middle of project. Crew worked on weekend to get it done.

The roofing job that was done was excellent. Victor Ramirez was extremely professional and took the time to present/explain the different products they had to offer with the prices. Anytime we called Victor, he was quick to respond with an answer. He went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met as a customer.

The crew from Clear Vision completed the project as scheduled, at budget & accommodated all my requests. Manager Victor and sales associate Dewey were very easy to work with. I was very pleased with the cost, as I had had bids as much as 75% higher.

I had a roof replaced and new gutters installed on one house and gutters replaced on another house near by. I was happy that ClearVision could do both projects and I did not have to spend my time looking for 2 contractors. The crews were very efficient and cleaned up after, I only found 1 very long nail
