Everything was great up to the point of closing. They were polite, professional and very responsive. Once I closed and moved in I discovered lots of issues. I don't want to go into too much detail because I am still holding out hope they will attempt to resolve the major issues. Overall the construction is sloppy and the attentive to detail is non existent. To me it feels like the workers didn't care about the quality of work, and would just attempt to cover up mistakes instead of fixing them. I watched several other house being built in the neighborhood and I see the same thing. I do believe the house is safe other 2 issues I hope are not normal. I expected a lot of issues but not as many or as serious. Over the next 5-10 years I will update and fix all the sloppy work and the house will be good. My biggest concern is resolving the most serious issues is going to cost $10-20 thousand dollars and I believe Hayden Homes is responsible for resolving those issues. If they do end up resolving all my issue my option would change. I still would never use them again and I wouldn't recommend them.
