 + -1 moreOur furnace quit working sometime before lunch, it was cold outside on a Friday with bad weather on the way. Called the owner of Air Link - Chad Driever who said he could come out around 3 pm. He did arrive on time - by then we had freezing rain/sleet. He diagnosed the problem as a bad gas valve in the furnace regulator and had to go get the replacement part. By that time I-40 west was closed and driving was treacherous, I really didn't expect him to return until the next day, but he was able to get back and replace the part so we wouldn't have to spend the night without heat. He called back the next day just to make sure everything was working properly and we weren't having any problems. Excellent customer service!
Description of Work: Repaired furnace - bad gas valve had to be replaced.
