Lazy, unreliable and disrespectful. Worst plumbing company I've ever hired! Will not refer business to them ever again. First, they canceled their appointment, rescheduled 5 days later when it was an emergency. They finally came, didn't complete the job, refused to cooperate with another subcontractor on the job and threatened me over it after they were paid in full. And they spray painted on the side of our garage and refused to clean it up or pay for it. Ridiculous. No paying customer should endure this level of incompetence!

Fixed in 5 minutes. Charged me $95.

Shower removed without problems. Dan gave me options on capping existing lines and drain. Provided the pluses and minuses of each. Cleaned up and was completed in 90 minutes. Dan reported that the master bathroom faucet would be an easy fix and did not need to be replaced. The kitchen faucet was developing a leak and needed to be replaced. Both for a single charge-out cost.

The work they did was just fine! I let them provide me with fixture for my bathroom. They replace the drain, valve, whole thing. I told them specifically what I wanted. After it was installed, I saw that I didn't get the features that I wanted.

PERRY-COOPER IS A GREAT COMPANY. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND HARD WORKING. THE WORK IS ALWAYS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND I NEVER HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY DID NOT LEAVE A MESS. THEY WERE GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR WORK. THE PRICE WAS THE SAME AS OTHERS BUT THEY HAVE BETTER SERVICE. MY DRAINS WORK GREAT NOW.
