Conrad's roofing Co. is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. I hired the company to replace my two rental houses last six months. When the houses had roof problems, I called I. J. lead project manager. He always answered my phone immediately and went to houses to inspect the roofs. He showed a high level of responsiveness and respect. I. J knew his stuff very well and demonstrated himself a professional, polite and patient lead project manager. I enjoyed working with him. Conrad's roofing did an amazing job. Not only was the price good but they were able to start the job 3 days after I approved the estimate. The job was done exactly on time. This group came out and basically handle everything including meeting with insurance company in case the insurance needed information replacement, from beginning to end was very painless and they assured all your questions are answered and customer is taken care of

A very thorough assessment was done of my roof by the estimator, and he found an additional issue that needed to be resolved. Several options for repairing my flat roof balcony were explored, and I feel the best one was chosen. The work was outstanding. The workers were kind and knowledgeable, and spent extra time caulking to ensure no leaks will occur. The owner came by and talked to me personally, as well. I could not be happier with their work and I highly recommend them!
