Liz was excellent. She gave me a complete list of all my options to restore my pool. She encouraged me to get at least 2 other estimates before hiring her. She said she would be in the middle and she was right. The other companies didn't explain anything.. Liz brought out samples as well as meeting me at a tile store to pick out exactly what I needed. Her crew was fast and cleaned up very well. They came on time and worked into the night. Liz kept me informed by phone and text, I feel like I have a new friend! Personalized service, great communication. Liz is very easy to work with, and their warranty is unmatched by any other company. Clean-up of area surrounding pool could have been better.

Great attention to you BEFORE the job, NO attention to customer AFTER getting paid. Never pay this company their final payment until all work is complete. Will not return calls, will not honor contract, will not honor their word, but WILL see us in court. Also, look at other reviews elsewhere. This is a follow up review. After Yelping about and posting a negative review The Pool Doctor DID return and correct all issues. For that I'm grateful. Thank You.
