Description of Work: I got a nasty chip on my windshield, causing a fairly significant horizontal crack that I guessed would not be repairable. Thankfully, I was wrong, and Penn Glass was able to fill the hole/cracks w/o any further incident. I've driven it about 12,000 miles since and no issues. I didn't have to make an appointment, walked in and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Quick and easy. The folks were very friendly and up front w/ me (disclaimer that the glass could break when trying to fix the hole). I would definitely use them again :).

Description of Work: We bought a used mini van as-is with no warranty. A week after we bought it, it rained and we discovered a leak in the windshield. I found Penn to have good marks on Angie's List, so we gave them a call. They were able to get us taken care of the vary next day. Their professionals didn't even need to do a leak test to determine where the leak was! They found that just the seal was bad and that the windshield didn't need to be replaced, saving us money and saving us from needing to file a claim with our insurance company. Thanks!

Description of Work: Replaced the windshield on my Honda Mini Van. |Would have liked to have a clean windshield to look through but it was a very hot day and they were busy. Description of Work: The glass company which Penn Co purchased the windshield from delivered the incorrect windshield and took forever to deliver the correct windshield. This was not in fault of Penn Glass Co. Penn Glass Co employees and owner were apologetic and courteous. In the end, for my troubles Penn Glass Co took care of half of my deductible.

+ -1 moreI had a rock chip in my NEW windshield. I called around and they were slightly less expensive (vs $45). They had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. The chip didn't disappear altogether, but it has been a week of fairly cold weather and it is holding quite good. I like the folks at Penn and I will return with my business.

+ -1 moreI dropped my car off to Shannon at Penn Glass on Britton Rd. and he said it would be about an hour and a half - mainly because the sealant they use has to have time to cure. They sanded off the brownish-grey haze on the headlights with four stages of sandpaper. Then they applied a sealant. It was finished on time. The lights look amazing! They are nice and professional. I feel like I got a fair deal and I would definitely return if I need any more auto glass work.
