Process was very smooth. No wait time. Had chip repaired in a few minutes. Cleaned windshield and even tried to remove additional scratch on windshield that I had not noticed.

Penn Glass Company did STUPENDOUS work!!. I was ASTONISHED! My car is a 2006 white Honda CRV. Even though it is 9 years old, it was still in very good shape except for the horribly dingy headlamps. The dingy, dull headlamps made my car look 5 years older than it was, not to mention the dullness MUST have lead to impaired driving conditions/vision while driving at night. I immediately made an early Saturday morning appointment, having been told it would take approximately 3 hours. Within virtually exactly that time (a tad earlier than a tad later), I received a call that my car was ready. I had washed the car the night before so as to not a) have a dirty vehicle with shiny new headlamps and b) because I was told by Shannon to NOT wash my car for at least 24 hours after the treatment. When I got to the business I could NOT believe the difference! My headlamps were BEAUTIFUL!. I encourage everyone who wishes their car could look a lot spiffier, as well as be SAFER, to use Penn Glass Co. to have this particular service done. In fact, that is one of the reasons the owner told me he did this procedure, though their speciality IS windshields of all kinds, he takes the safety of his customers to heart as well. Please give this company your business. I absolutely recommend their work, their friendliness, their willingness to explain in detail what they intend to do TO your car (how often does THAT happen?), and their pride in their work. I've attached before and after pictures. I'm love my CRV and now I REALLY love my CRV!!

We were attempting to repair the seal on the vehicle. The owner discovered the problem and the available options to address the issue from the least expensive to most expensive solutions and the probable out come for each. Unfortunately the most expensive solution was necessary after a diligent effort to reuse the existing windshield proved unfruitful. The time required to replace the windshield was not under estimated nor was the price quoted in the initial estimate. The service personnel were extremely professional and priced appropriately. Will definitely utilized there service again.

This was a great choice! I got there and I was greeted and then they pulled in my car and started the repair. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later it was done. Being an Angies list member it was half off which was the cheapest price I found. I definitely would recommend Penn Glass.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and was in an out in 20 mins. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the work performed was high quality. Got a great deal (half price) for being an Angie's List member. Very satisfied!

The owner was great and very accommodating. They even went above and beyond by removing and replacing the oil change sticker in the corner of my windshield. Great service.

I called Penn Glass Co to get a quote to fix a chip in my windshield. I was told it would be 39.95, and the lady explained the entire process. I took my car in, and they had my car done in about 20 minutes, and there were 2 people there in front of me. The chip is hardly noticeable now, and the cost was only 20.00 when I mentioned I was an Angie's List member! Very satisfied customer :)

The owner Shannon met me on a Saturday morning and did an excellent job of installing new glass. Its crystal clear and i am very pleased with the work. The communication with his office and the appointment time couldn't have been better. The work had taken 45 minutes, I was in and out. The hospitality was outstanding as we were offered refreshments and access to a variety of programming on the t.v. while we waited. The glass price was the best around ,so if you need a new windshield and the best price around use Penn.

The office manager was helpful, pleasant & personable. I've spent some time recently in the south. Her friendliness reminded me of my time down south. Very pleasant experience!!

I arrived before my scheduled appointment time. They got me right in. They were very pleasant and professional. They offered me water or soda. They did crack the new window while installing it but went right away and got another winshield. They were still able to finish the installation before my orignal appointment would have been over and of course no extra charge for the second windshield. The windshield looks and performs perfectly. Exceptional work!! My truck needs a new windshield and I will be seeing them very soon for that repair. Steve Cooper

The installer accidentally cracked a piece of plastic around the window. He was upfront with me and told me what happened. He explained that they had already called the parts department of a dealer who manufactured my automobile. Ten minutes later I received a phone call from the owner, apologizing and telling me they would have the part, have it painted and be out Wednesday afternoon to install it and have my car as good as new. They beat their own timing and resolved all one day early. Some of the best service I have seen from a service provider in some time. Only one place to use for glass. Penn.

I got 3 quotes over the phone, by giving my make & model of car. Other quotes were around $300. Penn Glass was the most reasonable, able to replace the windshield perfectly & on a Saturday. Good workmanship, fast & efficient.

In and out, no wait, $20 with Angie's List coupon. The technician explained what he was doing for each step and did not mind that I watched him doing it. My small chip is still visible, but it's cosmetic only and the windshield is structurally sound. I have a one year warranty on the work.

I called several glass companies after my truck was broken into at a storage facility. The rear passenger vented quarter window was smashed, and as I discovered, it's not the easiest fix. Most estimates were between $450-700 to replace it. Penn's price was around $225, and their Angie's List reviews were great, so I sent with them. Their supplier fumbled the glass and hardware order - twice (and I saw & heard the order placed, it was not Penn's fault, at all) - but through it all, Penn's team couldn't have been better. When everything was correct, the glass was replaced correctly in just a few minutes. Will definitely use them again, if needed.

It went great. I showed up before my appointment. They got me right in. He explained to me what he would do. No one that I have used in the past has ever done that. I was in and out within around 20 minutes. Super friendly. It was quite a drive for me around 28 miles one way. But worth it for the great service and angies discount.

They do a great job at a great price. Looked at 3-4 glass replacement places and they were by far the cheapest, but so far it appears I did not sacrifice any quality either!
