From the beginning Bob and I hit it off, he's very easy to talk to which made working with him pleasurable. I first ordered 9 windows then decided later for 8 instead, he made the call to get my order changed, which I appreciated. Also, the husband and wife team that put my windows are great. Not only would we unconditionally refer folks to M. Rhodes Company, we returned to them two additional occasions and now a third. Rhodes first installed new windows in a large house in Norman for us; they later followed that with new siding. Both of those jobs were perfection, and they flat raised their own standard when they returned in June. We recently moved to a smaller home in need of new windows, and of course we called M. Rhodes. Again, they bested their own standard. They always have been competitively priced within the market, but post-Covid we decided to entertain three bids. The first, a national company, stood us up and never contacted us after. The second, a statewide firm whose jingle you can sing in the shower, bid a full $10,000 over Rhodes. So with pricing covered, the next important consideration is who will be in your home. Bob Rhodes and his daughter Tara along with Jack, (a 40-year employee), perform the measurements themselves. These people are keepers-trustworthy, friendly, genuine, delightful people who by now feel like old friends. When your windows are produced - ours took approximately one month, about what Bob predicted - installation begins. Married couple Brad and Amber installed ours, and from the moment they arrived for the two-day project, they seemed like family. They cleaned up meticulously as they worked, so when they departed, all we had to do was enjoy the finished product. They were just the best; they were so thoughtful, courteous and respectful, and we were lonesome for them all when they were gone. We felt we made friends for life. Finally, about the product: the new windows are just amazing. They seal the house so effectively that we have raised the thermostat two degrees! Also, the outside noise now stays outside! It is so difficult to hear screaming weed eaters and sirens. Lawn mowers drone on practically without our notice, and no longer can we depend on the garbage truck for tuesday wakeup call. The entire house is much quieter. So I suppose this might sound like a commercial, but facts are facts-you can't beat M. Rhodes Company for the product, its people or the cost. We enthusiastically urge you to give them your business.

The owner and employees were great! They were friendly, dependable and professional. Could not ask for more. AND The windows are beautiful! I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Rhodes and his daughter, Tara, came to our home to give a free estimate on replacing the front windows on our house. After receiving the estimate, we thought it was so reasonable so we asked for an estimate for all of our windows. They replaced all of our windows last week. Bob and Tara were both so friendly and helpful when choosing the type and color of our new windows. Their installers, Stacy and Scott, were friendly, professional, covered everything around the windows inside and out, and cleaned up after themselves. We love our new windows! They are so easy to clean, and we can open the bottom AND the top of the windows if we wanted fresh air. Our house is much quieter and we have had to turn our air conditioner up as the house is much cooler. We are so happy with our windows and the staff of M. Rhodes Company! Highly recommended. No high pressure sales pitches. Bob was straight to the point, he explained they have been in business for multiple generations and their installers have decades of experience. The bid came in thousands less than Thermal Windows out of Tulsa. I went with single hung DYC Aluminum Windows. The performance so far is phenomenal. Very quiet and substantially more energy efficient than the "builders grade" windows previously installed. The installers did an exceptional job with caulking and cleaning up the mess.

This was my 3rd house having windows installed for different members of my family. The windows are excellent, the work is done on time and when they tell you they will be installed. I have also had them install siding and guttering on my home and it was the same quality craftsmanship and level of service I have come to expect from M.Rhodes. I love the window replacements, even clients have noticed. Besides the delay in window production, time was as expected. They were very personable. They even paid for my window rebate when the deadline was missed.

Could not have been better. Windows fit perfectly, look great and the work was top notch. They cleaned up so well that we couldn't even tell they had been there. And the price was better than the other estimates I got. Very highly recommend.

Stacy and the crew went above and beyond- they made some really troublesome areas look great! He even made a line of windows that were not level with each other, look level. I guarantee other installers would have probably said it couldn't be done, but they made it work. These guys know what they're doing, great to work with, and very hardworking. Mr. Rhodes, the owner, is old school, (which these days is a BONUS), and truly cares about the customer being happy. He called several times to see how things were going, and even dropped by a couple of times. He even beat the prices of three other competitors.

Great! Not only was the quote reasonable the overall experience was great. The install crew cleaned as they went, they kept us up to date on progress. We put 5k down paid balance upon completion. Bob was great about frequently keeping us posted and up to date on manufacturing and potential install dates Was never in the dark Overall we are very satisfied - would highly recommend 😎

We were very pleased with the service and efficiency of getting our windows done. Everything was very straight forward and never felt uneasy about any of the process. The windows are beautiful and are very happy with them. We have already referred Mr. Rhodes to some of our neighbors!!
