Everything went great. With my new aluminum bronze windows, wicker siding and guttering, my house looks amazing. I could not be more pleased. It probably increased my property value by $10,000-$15,000. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and the work was beyond excellent. I always knew what was going on, and even with weather delays, it was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

Bob&his team were a pleasure to do business with. They were fast&efficient. They were very professional&cleaned up well as they went along. It took two guys 4 hours to replace all 14 windows in the house!

Perfect could not be happier

Installation went smoothly and the crew was very professional. They were able to do the install on Saturday morning which worked with our schedule well. My utility bills have dropped about 40%, a much larger drop than expected. Product is high quality. We had an issue with locking a window. Bob was at our house within the hour and resolved the issue. This is a local owned business that has great customer service and quality.

We have a two story brick home with a large amount of wood siding and two covered porches. We had planned on getting vinyl siding to cover the wood for some time, but we were very nervous because we had no idea who to have it done by. We were telling this to a family member and he told us not to worry or look any more just call Bob Rhodes. He assured us that he would see that things were done with quality materials and installed correctly. We contacted the M. Rhodes company and made an appointment. Bob met with us and gave us what we considered a fair bid on the work to be done. Within 10 days the crew started the work on our home. The two gentlemen that performed the work on our home have both worked for the company for over 20 years and did what we consider a great job. The work they did was beautiful, they cleaned up every day and were very careful in the flower beds. They took down the guttering to do the facia and replaced it so no new gutters were necessary. The work did take a little longer to complete than expected due to bad weather, but they kept us informed throughout the process. Mr. Rhodes stated several times that he would only use the best materials and do thing as if it were his own home. Another important thing: He asked for no money until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The only glitch in the entire process is an item was replaced to one of the newly covered posts and screwed in lower that we would have liked. Without hesitation they replaced the covering on the post and re-attached the item where we wanted it. I understand that they do replacement windows as well. I would highly recommend the M. Rhodes company to anyone to have siding or windows done.

We are quite pleased with our new siding. It looks just like wooden lap board. Mr Rhodes came often to inspect as the installation progressed. We were also in touch by phone frequently as he answered any of our concerns and questions right away. Our neighbors are now talking about remodeling and have called to check on siding with Mr Rhodes. Our home is several different levels and was not easy to work on. We have not discovered even one flaw.The crew worked quickly; at times in winter weather. They cleaned up as they worked and left things neat and tidy at the end of each day. We have had contractors coming by to give us bids for a bath remodel; they all want to know who did the siding and who the manufacturer was. What a compliment from people who also install siding.

Pleasant experience! Workmen showed up on time and started right to work. Cleaned up as they finished each task. Windows were cleaned and sills were polished. They worked around six children and two rowdy dogs and never stopped smiling. We have had so many compliments from carpenters and contractors biding on other projects here at the house.

Everything went great. I didn't have any complaints. Rhodes was here when they said they would be. They were very professional and courteous. I feel they did fantastic work, and they stuck by the price they estimated in the beginning. I would recommend them to others.
