 + 0 moreHome Depot hired a company called ARS to come to install the water heater. ARS is a terrible company. They tried to charge me $1200 to install the water heater. I got another company and told Home Depot about ARS and they are no longer using them.

 + 0 moreI will never hire Home Depot again. They didn't finish the work. I didn't notice until later that water was coming down behind the siding, which is causing damage to the siding, and it's falling apart. I would not recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreThe purchase from Home Depot was fine, the installation was not. They were rushed and sloppy. The carpeting was crooked where it met the tile, the metal trim was bent, and glue was on the carpet and a wall. They later made repairs, but I have no confidence in their work.
