Compton's Heating and Air

Labor Day weekend. We called Compton's to get a second opinion(first one, replace entire system, $10,000). Compton's responded quickly (earlier than first expected). They were prompt, courteous, explained everything they did and let us know what charge to expect before they performed a service. They knew up front about our previous experience. They explained that they needed to wait a specified time to make sure their readings were correct on the freon in the system, and then showed us what those readings were. They had intended to charge the system to make sure we could make it through the long weekend until repairs could be made. The system was fully charged! They discussed probable causes and expected solutions with us as well as time frames, handled our concerns, and then told us there was no charge because there was nothing they needed to do at this time. This company has integrity and honor that I have not seen in a long time, and they have earned my recommendation to all!

I called Compton's Air Quality, because their name was on my thermostat. They were very prompt. We had made arrangements to meet and they showed up, before I did. I was pleased that their rates were reasonable.

They did a great job. They came right away and I trust them. They are a wonderful company.
