Mark responded the same day phone call, gave me the estimate and returned the following morning, on time, to install the air conditioner/furnace. The estimate was fair...hard work installing...compared to other companies. A smaller efficient owner company, less overhead, therefore you pay less. Thanks Mark! Just in time...prepared for the hot weather months.

The owner Mark, appears to be an honest straight forward person. He and his son responded within 45 minutes of our phone call. They had the problem fixed approximately 40 minutes after they arrived. The price for the repair was reasonable.

I came home from being out of town to find that the air conditioner unit down stairs was not working. When I looked at the thermostat that controlled the downstairs unit, I noticed that it wasn't working. I called Mark the following morning. He and his son arrived at my residence approximately 40 minutes after our phone call. He arrived and began to assess my issue. He told me that the problem was with a switch that controlled my furnace. He and his son resolved the problem within an hour. The great thing about the call was the price. They fix my issue for a little bit over a hundred bucks that included the service call. I will call them again.

Called Mark after looking at some positive online reviews. I had one of the "big" companies out last year to check on what I suspected was a system leaking R-22 Freon. I was not impressed by the "big" company and decided to give Mark a call this year. Best decision I could have made. Mark came out about 45 minutes after I called same day and quickly identified that there likely was a leak in the system and quickly identified the problem points. He quickly found some problem spots, made some adjustments, and filled up the Freon at literally half the price per LB the other company charged. I mentioned that I was concerned the leak may still be present and that I might be just throwing away money filling it up. Mark acknowledged that my concern was valid, but that he would discount the cost of this service call off the price of a new unit he had already quoted me (if the current unit would not hold the Freon he just added and was otherwise not repairable). Also worth noting that Mark's quote for a new system was about $800 cheaper than the "big" company's quote. Call Mark. He is fast, honest, and seems to know what he is talking about.

My furnace works when temperature is approx. 25 or above, below 25 the furnace does not work. Mark did his thing to fix my problem. The day after "his fix" and $274 dollars later my problem still exists. The day after I called him two times and he did not return my calls. NOT A GOOD CHOISE TO FIX A FURNACE

These men go above and beyond to serve their customers. I just had a new heating unit put in and because I was worried about carbon monoxide , he left and went and bought me a detector. Great work, great qaulity, honost men.

We had a bad unit from Goodman. We had problems every summer and we went thru many HVAC companies. We spent over $2500.00 with recommended repairs. When Mark came to check the unit, he called the company to discuss the problem. He found out that in one of the repairs, one of the companies had replaced the CAP with one that was one that was the wrong size. The Unit originally came with a 80.0 and the one that was replaced in a prior repair was 60.5. The unit was too small and it caused the compressor to burn out. Mark said he could replace the bad parts, but the repairs would come to about $2500.00. He recommended to replace the unit, which was about $1000.00 more, but we would be covered by a ten year warranty. With the repairs, there was no guarantee how long the new parts would last. We were pleased that he took the time to find what the real problem was and was able to fix the problem with in several hours time. We appreciated his ability to get in, find out the issue, and to get the problem fixed on the same day we called him. Although the news he gave us was not good news, we felt the problem was properly identified and he gave us alternatives to have the unit repaired. We would recommend him to our family and friends.

Mark and his son have been great workers and value. We had an issue right after all the storms. My husband called Mark. There were on their way and showed right up and fixed it. So far so good. Plus they are very nice personable and professional people. They have given us a 10 year warranty and are making it good.

A story of 3's: We were gone for 3 weeks during July & August 2014; While gone the teens said that the AC went out; Try as I might we could not get the kids to call or follow up with Mark (so they suffered!); We got back to an unpleasant surprise - it was late & HOT because of no AC. As much as I hated calling him so late, I called Mark to describe the problem & make an appointment; I was on the phone with him for maybe all of 3 minutes as he asked some questions & had me do a couple of things; He said he'd be here by 9am; Awoke up after a long, hot & near-sleepless night and there was Mark BEFORE 9 o'clock! He was here, I'd swear, for barely 3 minutes (maybe 5?) and was on his way out... no charge, and the system was fixed! He had installed this system for us back in 2010 (see my previous review) and knew it so well he could diagnose it like a doctor! I have to repeat that he has NEVER charged me to return or make repairs, not even for check-ups on the system, since he installed it. I have only paid for freon once when it needed recharging; everything else has been covered by warranty. To maintain active the coverage on the system, I've only had to call him to come out & check it at least once a year. When there was a problem that needed fixing, he counted that as the maintenance call for the year. Mark has always been quick to answer or return my calls (less than 10 minutes); He is punctual & prompt in arriving - usually before the time he agrees to; He does FAST, quality & correct work to diagnose & fix any problems with our system. What else do you need in a heating & A/C guy? Put him on speed dial for if you need him - because it is usually an emergency and he will rise to the call & challenge! I can't say enough good about him or his work, I'd give him 10 stars if it were possible!! Dan Hilbert Broken Arrow, OK (918) 361-3246

They responded in an emergency heating situation involving my elderly mother. They came within 2 hours after I called 5 other contractors in the area who couldn't come out to do the repairs and this was in the daytime on a weekday! He consulted with me before beginning the repairs as I was not there to oversee, but he was honest and had her freezing house warm again in a few hours! I would definitely recommend Mark's Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone!

Mark was very straight forward and easy to work with. He replaced my very old electric furnace and Central Air with a new heat pump and electric furnace. I checked prices online and it appeared to be in the range of national data. He communicated well and was responsive to our requests. No bad surprises. He hauled off the old units.

He came out in a thunderstorm and checked all the equipment in the rain and wind, then let me know my options and when they could service it. I purchased a new system and they installed it the same day within 4 hours. They cleaned up after the installation and explained how to use the thermostat (included) and made sure I knew how to use the new system. Great service! Highly recommended!
