It's a husband and wife operation and I believe she's the actual broker and he's an agent in the agency. We gave them a bottom line as far as what we would accept on the sales price and they came back quite quickly with an offer that they encouraged us to take which was substantially below what we gave them. I declined to accept the offer and made a counter offer that was our bottom line and the people who were looking to buy accepted that offer, so the fact that they were encouraging us to take a lower price when we had already told them it was lower than what we wanted to accept was annoying. They are personable and my wife found them to be conscientious. Their price at 6% was about average. It was not better than the average and not really worse than the average. They were always late, but not too late.
