Very disappointed. Years back I had rented an apartment that White Glove managed, I was treated good and had fair dealings with them. When I needed a property manager my first thought was White Glove, and as one other reviewer wrote they were very persuasive and encouraging with their services and let you feel good about leaving your home in their hands. WOW was I wrong . . . things changed big time from when I was renting to having to rent out my property. They let the renter (that I ended up finding for them) go and closed out the deposit account before doing a walkthrough of the property, and when I ask about getting the repairs done, Judy just says she has no money . . . what was left, what was left over from the deposit had been refunded . . . . I was never kept aware of the maintenance issues until well after the occurrence, usually when the rent check came up short, and on three occasions I had American Home Shield insurance that could have covered the cost of repairs, but they were never called, and they didn’t even bother to call me so I could call and get the repairs done. I will NEVER use Re/Max White Glove Reality again and would caution both renters and owners from dealing with them.

I have lived in 6 states and have moved 22 times. I have a variety of experiences all different and even some unpleasant but only one that has been wrought with frustration, poor customer service, very low standards and worse of all, almost completely void of professionalism. White Glove Reality. The worse offender is Judy. She is crass, reeks of cigarette smoke, rude, disrespectful and someone I hope I never cross paths again. She doesn’t listen. She is accusative. Her tone is harsh. She is quick with lengthy excuses and refuses to simply say, “I’ll see what I can do.” White Glove expects move out cleanliness to be top notch yet move in (for both houses) were filthy. Why wasn’t I afforded the same move in courtesy as what was expected of me on move out? Why is there a double standard? I have also noticed that what they do vs what they say has a huge gap. The impression that is put forth and felt quite easily is that the owner of the home is most important and the renters are an annoyance that must be put up with. We are both customers, renters and owners, and without both, White Glove Reality is as valuable as a rash. The professionalism and customer service is so lacking that I find it amazing that this company is still in existence, that is until I take into consideration that White Glove is in a military town and it isn’t locals that become the customers. We are left to figure things out the hard way but aren’t here long enough to do much about it. This leaves me to one conclusion, White Glove is deliberately taking advantage of military families. The term “white glove” indicates that a company goes over and beyond what is expected but in reality, it is the bare minimum. The name doesn’t honestly reflect the standard of the business practices. I cannot say enough how horrible my White Glove Reality experience has been. I shall never be a White Glove Reality customer again and when the situation presents itself , I will do everything in my ethical power to make sure that fellow military, family, and friends steer clear.P

Initially, they are very persuasive and encouraging with their services and let you feel good about leaving your home in their hands. My home was rented for $825/mo plus $825 deposit and $200 pet deposit @ 25lbs or less. The actual experience was far from what they told us. They placed a family in our home who had a disregard for disclosing a large dog (at least 75lbs). The family claimed minor fixes in the house required, so we had to pay for a "contractor" to fix these things. They did not use a contractor and did the fixes themselves. They did not complete the changes and left them half done and worse than original. The expense for it came out of my rent paycheck. We found out they had a large dog from pictures sent to us (forwarded from White Glove!) showing us what was wrong with the house that needed to be fixed. The specific picture was of the back door screen door that needed screening replaced. Inside the house was a large dog looking out. The renters did not pay a pet deposit, AND even if they did the dog was much too large per the contract. The dog chewed up our window blinds, urinated in the carpet (6 months old) and completely ruined it. After about 4 months, we finally got a full size rent check. White glove did nothing to pursue a pet deposit, check up on the minor repairs, or enforce the contract by not allowing the dog in the house. This wasn't a huge problem, but it was very irritating. My husband was deployed and when I would call White Glove, they were always busy and wouldn't return my calls for days at a time. But whenever my husband had a chance to call them directly, amazingly they would be available and tell him a completely different story about the house and renters! The big problem was after about 7 months into the 12mo contract. There was a domestic issue with their family, and someone they know broke into the home. They kicked the front door in and the police had to respond. We found this out from our neighbors, not White Glove. The front door-jam was damaged and not fixed properly. Then, White Glove told us that the rent check would be a few days late and told us not to worry about it. After this point, every check became late. The final point was at 9 months into the contract. The rent check never came. The family moved out and left town. We later found out that the credit check and contract was co-signed by the mother of the renters (who did not live near Lawton). White Glove told us in an e-mail that the family moved out of the house and asked if we wanted them to post the home up for rent again. Thats it. During the initial meeting with White Glove, they told us they would pursue anyone who breaks a contract and would sue for total compensation. They did not even attempt to do this. They said that since they left Lawton, it would be impossible to find them, and even if they did they didn't think that suing them would be worth it. I moved back into our home a few weeks later to assess the damage. White Glove claimed they fixed the house after the renters moved out, and used the money from the deposit. Nothing was done. They pretty much stole 75% of the deposit. I will NEVER use White Glove for property management again.
