John was able to line up the necessary tradesmen and get my roof finished in short order. During the process he communicated with us daily and dropped by to see that the work was being done. He also communicated with my insurance to ensure that all repairs were approved and covered. Highly recommend him/Guardian Roofing.

John Harth communicated everything to us from when the crews would be there to what they would be doing. Any cost changes, anything unexpected that came up. He let us know. Even checked in on us while he was away. That type of service is rare these days. We will continue to use his company and would recommend him to anyone needing a roof or any kind of construction. He is well connected and gets things done when he says and done right!

Super friendly and courteous. They fully removed and replaced our roof, along with replacing the decking that had been damaged through the years. I work nights, and John had the team on-site as early as possible in an effort to work around my schedule. And we couldn't be happier with the work and the result. I would and definitely will refer to them anyone that needs a roof repair, replacement or install. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

This is a top notch business. John was open and upfront with us from the beginning, no hidden fees or trying to get us to go above our means. His team was A-One as well. They were able to tear down and replace our entire roof in a day, they took the time to clean up, even if a shingle fell in the neighbors back yard. The work was amazing and the price was within budget! Will definitely have them back if we have weather damage. Would recommend for anyone needing a roof replacement or repair!

Guardian was the fastest to come out an give an estimate. We solicited other companies and compared estimates. Once we chose Guardian, they had supplies in place and a crew out within days. The entire job was done in one day, even with extra repairs needed. Would absolutely hire again.

John worked with me to do my roof and 2 roofs for my Mom. He was excellent to work with, he was straight forward and honest. He gave us fair quotes and followed through with all he said he would do and even made repairs on unforeseen problems to do the job right without extra charges. Work was completed in a timely fashion and workmanship was of highest quality and a thorough cleanup after work competition was made. The installer guys worked really hard and fast on the super hot day on my roof and finished up in almost just one day. I was worried because storm was coming in the evening, but only thing they had left was to attach two vent covers and that was all, which was taken care of the very next morning. John was very knowledgeable and guided us through everything since it was our first time have to replace the roof. Their staff, including gutter guys, were very thorough on cleaning everything after installation. I highly recommend this place for your roofing needs!

Professional, honest and he delivered on his word. He went over every item to be covered in Ins. claim with us. He worked well with the adjuster to make sure we got what was needed on three structures on our property. He was personable and friendly.
